Joe and Richard did an excellent job taking care of of a very different septic system issue, which involved several steps including a search for our septic tank located about 200 feet from our cabin. I have used Ambient Services for three or four years now for all my plumbing needs and can highly recommend them. The great service starts with Jessica in the office and with Mark the service manager.

Called them on Thursday for preventative septic pumping maintenance. They came out Friday morning as scheduled. Joe and Richard were quick and efficient and cleaned up after they were done. Appreciate their service and will use next time.

We started having problems with our septic on Friday. We called a company first thing Saturday morning and was told they don’t work on Saturdays. They did however come out on Monday but could not find our septic. We called Ambient services Tuesday afternoon and they came right out to assess where our septic was located. They were back out Wednesday and did not quit until they found it and worked on everything and had it pumped out and was finished by 2 o’clock that day.it was a difficult task because no one, not even the courthouse knew where it was located. Thank you, Joe, Richard, and Jason for doing such a fine job. We really appreciate you fellas and your company.

Joe and richard were very helpful, they located the tank, dug out the top and pumped it clean. Both men were very polite, and professional. Price was quite reasonable for the service. I will recomend them for my friends.

Instantly was able to get ahold of someone who kept in contact with me, and even set up a last minute service with Joe to come pump our septic on a Saturday! Super friendly and efficient, didn’t take long and now things are running smooth, couldn’t be anymore thankful, as we really needed it done to even use our showers. Thank you all so much! 10/10 !!!

We were needing electric installed in a newly constructed shed and HVAC unit installed in the existing building. Ambient Services were able to knock out both jobs in a timely manner. Process was smooth from beginning to end and they made sure to get the job done and done right. I would highly recommend their services.
