Chris H came out today and replaced a toilet for me. Very skilled and professional. Communicates well about the problem, estimated cost and schedule. Always on time. He identified and repaired a water leak at my daughter’s house yesterday and replaced two toilets for her. We’ve used them several times and I always ask for Chris H. I highly recommend this company.

We had to have Bradley come out for a heating issue. Our techs were Big Chris and Mike and they were amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and quick!! Highly recommend them!

Chris H. came on a Sunday morning, gave us a quick, professional diagnosis, got to work once we agreed, and did wonderful work. When Chris left we had hot water and peace of mind. Great work with personal and professional service. We could not have asked for better.

Great service! Tech was on time and extremely polite. He was very informative and was quick to find a solution to our issues. Mike and Eric did a great job replacing our split system. They were very knowledgeable and personable.

Brandon is a phenomenal tech. I've never seen someone who just knows there stuff as well as he did. He even gave me some advice going forward with the upcoming winter storm we have ahead of us. I mean he came in and immediately got to working on our Lennox unit being that we've been with out heat for two days. What was thought to be a minor issue with a blown fuse turned out to be a blown transformer. This only made him work harder as well as he even taught himself something new. I'd like to thank him again for his speedy response time and how fast he got out heat back working. I highly recommend his services he was such a nice guy as well.

Bradley M&A did an excellent job. I called letting them know my heat had gone out before the winter storm came in. Within a few hours Chris H. arrived at my house, was extremely professional, clearly explained the problem, and went right to work to replace the heat strip and had the problem fixed quickly. Chris also left the mechanical closet cleaner than he found it. I am extremely grateful a for the quick and professional service.

Wonderful service! Chris H was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about about my issue. My upstairs bathtub drain assembly was shot, water leaked through the ceiling as well. Chris H reworked the drain and had me straight within an hour. It was truly a blessing to be met with such integrity. Please give this company a try for your plumbing problems. I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer at this point!

Mike was so kind and great!! They arrived right on time, and were so professional. He triple checked that the heat was working correctly and wouldn’t leave until he was happy, and we were happy with the result! The new unit looks fantastic! 10/10!
