They had someone out within 30 minutes of my call. They gave me a thorough inspection of the issues and several different quotes to accommodate different levels of work needed. The technician, Bobby, was very knowledgeable and very professional and fixed my issues in a timely manner. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Most definitely recommend to anyone!

Kevin and Bobby came out today to give me excellent service. They reinstalled a while kitchen faucet and fixed my toilet which they were very knowledgeable about the work they performed. Kevin especially took time to educate me on what he reminds for me to look out for during cold weather and what the company does to better service my equipped that was installed by doing routine check-ups and offering contact information if I further have problems with anything installed.

Braxton and Nate serviced shut off valves under my kitchen sink. Great customer service. They thoroughly explained why we were experiencing the problems we called about and other areas of concern. Once the job was complete they walked us through the improvements. They were in and out in an hour at most. They were referred by a coworker and I agree with her, highly recommend TN Plumbing Solutions.

I worked with Jonathon and Braxton on a slab repipe for a rental unit I own. Both were very polite and friendly and I enjoyed working with them except the product was completely different than what we were told during the quote. Both technicians performed a thorough inspection of the unit including all bathrooms, kitchen, hot water tank, and even the attic. We were given 3 pricing tiers in which we chose to go with the highest tier. They assured us the project could be completed in one full day but has the potential to spill over into the next day a couple hours just to finish things up. We were given an estimate of 10 holes or less in the drywall. Both of these were wrong. First, the project took two full days and then they had to come back a third day to replace a faulty part. There were nearly double the number of drywall holes and some of the holes were huge. Since they do not repair the drywall as part of their package it was easier to just cut another hole or make it bigger instead of doing their homework first. At least that's what it seemed to me. They completed the home repipe, but informed me there was an additional water manifold in the yard somewhere that still supplied water through one of the original copper pipes under the slab of the house to the bathroom. This line was capped off in the bathroom but since there is still water in the line it still has the potential to leak under the slab, which was the whole point of performing the repipe in the first place. They then quoted me an additional $5,800 (I believe) to run a new line straight from the meter to the shut off by the hot water tank. This is approx. 100ft of line from the meter into the garage where the tank is. This price was almost what we paid for the entire repipe! It seemed ridiculous to me so we did not agree to have them perform this addition to the project especially after the headache it has been with the original project. So needless to say we still have water running through the original copper pipe through our slab despite paying for the best package for a repipe. Very friendly and nice people but this project seemed chaotic and like they just dove in starting to cut drywall without doing their homework and tracing down the lines first. However, the work they did perform appears to be good quality.

Bobby and Patrick came out in sub-freezing weather after hours and on Bobby’s B-day to assist my 93 yr old in-laws and saved the day! From communication about arrival time all the way to a quick and easy solution, we couldn’t have had a better experience! Then the price was beyond fair on top of it, they are the best! They truly give a DUCK!
