I had a pipe burst underground and my neighbor suggested 5 Star. I received great service from everyone I worked with in the organization from the Administrative assistant scheduling the appointments and sending me the quotes. To the technicians who were fabulous. They were respectful of my property and provided great service timely. Even gave me a realistic price for an additional service I needed but hadn't planned on for the say. Though what I needed was expensive for my budget they did such a great job that I didn't feel taken advantage of. And the rates were in line with other companies. I appreciated their time and professionalism.

I've used this company for years for annual service without issue but now that something is actually wrong with my unit it's obvious this company has no actual clue what they are doing. My unit worked intermittently and they initially could not find anything wrong with the A/C unit and indicated the coils had probably frozen due to a dirty filter. It died later that week and they indicated they would be there the following day to investigate. They put a new capacitor on and said they need to order a blower motor and would be back the next day. Day of the repair I wait and wait past the time they said they'd be there and finally call them. The receptionist isn't even aware I was supposed to have service that day. They get someone out at the last minute and he doesn't have the right blower motor and doesn't install it correctly because the unit sounds like a dryer with a shoe in it. The incorrect installation destroys the blower wheel and now the unit doesn't work at all. I am again without heat/air and they said they'd be back in a couple days. Day of the repair I call and again the receptionist has no idea I was supposed to be serviced that day and they don't even have the part for another couple days. The day they are supposed to get the part in I call and they confirm they will be out and they have all the parts necessary to fix the unit. Moments before they are due to come out they call me and tell me the part they have is the wrong part and now they won't be out for another 4-5 days. This is without a doubt the worst service I've ever received in my life from any company. I have been without heat and air for three weeks now because of these people's incompetence and am unsure if they actually intend to fix my unit or if they're going to continue to string me along forever. They are now foisting responsibility for the repair onto another company. This company is a failure. The next company installed the blower motor backwards, used the wrong voltage capacitor, and failed to notice the source of the issue. I had to call a third company who instantly knew what the real problem was. A burnt out control board. Just call Denney Mechanical and get someone who knows what they're doing instead of being strung along for 2 months like I was.

Great customer service and staff. Trace, Logan and all the guys work hard, are very efficient and explain everything well. Our office has needed help in a pinch a few times now and they never fail us! Thank you!

Needed gas fireplace line moved. Called several weeks before the date we needed it moved. We were very clear that we needed it moved on the 26th. When 5 star showed up on the 26th they said they were only there to do an estimate. We had them do the estimate but then they said it would be 2 weeks before they could do the work. It worked out for the best because we had another company come out and their estimate was $1,500 less than 5 star. We knew from past experience they are pricey but this takes the cake!

I had a great experience working with Five Star. Mike came out for a tankless water heater quote and walked me through everything that needed to be done and made sure to answer all my questions. He and his co-worker did an excellent, professional job and kept consistent communication with me through the install process. What they quoted is what I paid, so no hidden cost or surprises! The total cost was much less than other quotes I received and I plan to use them for any future needs.

We have really enjoyed working with FiveStar! They are quick and always helpful and reasonably priced, never exceeding an estimate given: they have helped us to plumbing, heating, A/C, frozen/busted pipe, and gas fireplace issues. We are thrilled to know there is a company nearby with wonderful people who are always so helpful and knowledge. When 2 other companies told us we needed to replace our HVAC system five years ago, Five Star found a fixed the problem at a fair price. Thank you!!!

We contacted this company after our local plumber recommended them (our local guy doesn't handle clogs). They promptly sent Justin out here the next morning to deal with our bathroom sink. He was thorough, quick, and professional. He had our sink working again in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company.

When NO company could get to me for a week , Five Star made it priority to get to me the same day as my main drain was clogged up. Paul showed up as he said when he called to let me know he was on the way , very clean and professional , it was obvious he knew what he was doing and let me know about what it would cost depending on how many issues he ran in to. He got everything cleared out of the drain and made me aware of what the problem was and made sure I understood what to expect in the future. I was extremely happy with the service and professionalism , the price was very fair. Hard to find companies today that actually care enough to recognize someone who needs attention that day and not a week later and still give you a good price. Five star is just as their name - Five Star - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, Only plumbing company I’ll use moving forward in life. Thank you “Five Star”.
