Kevin Houser came out to my property today to help with what I assumed was a leak somewhere at my residence. Dispatch was able to get him to my house within the hour and Kevin was extremely polite and professional. Fortunately, it was determined that we do not have an active leak. Kevin also gave me some pointers on how to navigate the below freezing temperatures. We are expecting in the next 24 hours. I would recommend Kevin to anyone who thinks that they need to consult a plumber. Five stars is the most Google allows me to give him, but I would definitely go higher if I could.

Kevin has helped us out twice now. He has been professional and thorough each visit. Scheduling has been a breeze, either when we have needed someone quickly or needed to schedule out. With our latest issue, Kevin gave multiple options for a leaky faucet and we found a solution in our price range. My kids were getting splashed by the extra water that I could never get rid of, it’s so nice to not have to worry about that anymore. We will continue to use Auger Pros!

Technician dented our refrigerator. Instead of capping off the line that had the leak, he connected it to the new pipe. Causing water to leak into our living room. We had to shutoff our main water line until someone came back to fix it the next day.

I called the company and they send someone our right away. Sergey and Nick came out and were able to tell me what I needed to do. They were very professional and explained everything upfront. There were no hidden surprises on the price that was discussed.
