Great experience! Replaced all our cast iron with PVC. They were quick and easy do deal with. The project took about 3 days to complete and backfill. Chris was very transparent on the details and what to expect. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their cast iron plumbing. The quality of work was excellent and the price was definitely competitive. The diagram Chris made on their bid was very detailed. These guys are professionals and know what they are doing!

In-House Plumbing did a great job on our plumbing! We were very happy with the initial meeting for this job all the way to the end of the job! They were supportive to our concerns, they were courteous, polite, fast and efficient. When they were done the yard was cleaned up very nicely. We opted to have them fix the brick they took out, Cody did a great job replacing the brick! Would recommend them for your cast iron pipe replacement.

Recently purchased a house and half the house still had cast iron pipes. I wanted to get this handled before moving in so I needed the job done quickly. From the initial call for a quote to the completion of the job, my experience was truly five-star. They are experts in their field and execute their work exceptionally well. The pricing was very reasonable, and the communication was top-notch throughout the process and I loved the diagram they provide to give a visual of what would be completed. Stetson was fantastic, answering all my numerous questions with professionalism and kindness and his crew worked so hard! They say they stand behind their work and they mean it! I had a concern when the project was completed and they promptly answered my question and Chris even stopped by my house within an hour of me calling to verify the answer. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!

In-House Plumbing exceeded all of my expectations. We had our cast iron pipes collapse, right after purchasing the home. Yes, we knew they were cast iron, but still loved the home! After the pipes collapsed, I called three companies to get quotes and was told anywhere from $50-$60k. I was stumped on what to do and couldn’t believe how much this was going to cost. We got on the Ring App and posted about needing a good plumber to replace cast iron pipes. Within minutes, seven people said In-House Plumbing. I looked them up online, read the reviews and made the call. Chris came out the next day and worked a whole new system with us and gave us a quote that was $30,000 cheaper than the other 3 companies. I was also told they can’t start until 9/16 but I didn’t care because it was $30,000 in savings. I went ahead and signed the contract and was blown away with the next steps. 1. They were able to move us by 4 weeks and get to us quicker. 2. Once work started, they had some of the hardest working guys, I’ve ever seen. 3. The crew works from start to stop and does not take a lot of breaks 4. They got the pipes done and mess cleared in 4.5 days. 5. They were honest about everything from start to end. 6. NO UNEXPECTED FEE’S. 7. They all work with a smile on their face and that’s something you can’t find anymore. I've hired these guys for two properties needing full cast iron re-routing. Both times, they offered the best price, the work was top notch and the communication and speed unmatched. Best of all, they stand behind their work. We just noticed a leak in our irrigation line a few months after the cast iron replacement and the owner sent the sprinkler crew they contract with back out to repair it free of charge on a Saturday. Highly recommend!

Sewer Line replacement is not a project you look forward to as a home owner. But In-House Plumbing made the experience painless. We got bids from four other companies and are glad we chose In-House. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and expertise started when we initially met with them for a quote. It then extended to the work crew. They were communicative, professional, and considerate. I literally felt like they were looking after our home and best interests during the process. My positive impression of them continued to grow during the clean up. They left no stone unturned during their cleanup, even hosing the sidewalks. No upselling, no hidden charges, no flashy marketing. Just good results for a good price. That's all you can ask for. 5-stars.

They are the BEST, able to fix a leak in master bedroom . Leave no mess after job is done . I wish they can do plumbing test on my future homes. They did such a GREAT JOB, I dont want to any other company.

After reading numerous positive reviews, I chose IHP. I am glad I did! Chris responded quickly with an estimate that provided links to 20+ videos, produced by IHP, explaining the process. They were VERY informative. Brittany provided timely calls to update me on when my project would start. Through out my project, Ed ( onsite supervisor) explained the various stages of my 3-day project. He also called me each morning to inform me of his arrival time. Additionally, he introduced various members of his team who were in charge of their respective work.. It appears to me that, based upon my observations and Ed’s comments, my project was completed as anticipated. I am very happy with the work performed, the process, and communications. This is exactly what I expected, based upon prior reviews and the fact that IHP ‘s business model is dedicated to cast iron replacement!
