Worst place ever ! I will never go here again. I needed a replacement furnace igniter for my home unit, my plumber called to set aside a supposedly "OEM replacement". I drove an hour to get there to pick it, went back home and had plumber install the item. It worked for about 5 weeks, and it failed. Plumber came back and opened the unit up only to find out the replacement igniter was broke. I had my receipt, I took it back, and explained the situation to which I was referred to their taped message on the counter "no refunds on electrical components". The item wasn't even the right item! No offer to replace, manager didn't want to listen, I was basically on my own with a broken piece of equipment that shouldn't have even been in my furnace in the first place! Their mistake which I had to pay for AND receive no help what's so ever. I will make sure to NOT recommend going here to anyone who asks! The photo on the left is original and photo on right is replacement. Id like to leave a negative star, but there is no such thing for the way I was treated. I even advised my plumber to call and complain. How about you guys actually research an item before you waste everyone else's time and money. 4 hours on the road, plus fuel, and the cost of the item none of which was compensated or acknowledged!
