I called Bob Jay's to schedule a routine plumbing project. The scheduler was courteous and positive. She scheduled a service visit at my convenience within 2 working days. The assigned plumber, Tim, arrived on time and without delay commenced to do a quality job. The plumbing components included advanced features but Tim readily figured out the proprer way to install my new equipment, while having to work in a small hard to access work space. It was a job well done at a reasonable price.
