I’ve been doing business with these guys as a general contractor for years now and have never even had so much has had a small problem, quality work, good people great business.

We so appreciate these guys. They stand true to their name. They are always dependable. It's not hard to get an appt, they show up on time, they are always careful not to be messy, and they are always a pleasure to deal with. But most importantly, they know what they're doing and they are fair with their pricing.

Hands down the best plumbing company in town. Gave me a straight price for snaking my main drain over the phone, no bs gimmicks or surprise charges. They showed up and got the job done quickly. I will never use another company for my plumbing needs.

James and Kevin were very professional and courteous and knowledgeable ran into a problem but took care of that and left us with a very nice job well done cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased. Thank you.

I had a tub diverter go out on my tub. I attempted to replace it with a generic tub spout from Lowe’s. All the spouts at Lowe’s didn’t seem to fit my tub pipe at home. I called Danika at Dependable to get a plumber out to help. Not even a full hour later, Seth called to assess the situation. He had me send some pictures to help him better understand the issues. He told me to go get a specific brand tub faucet (delta) that would fit vs a generic one. He said if you can do it on your own it will save you time and money. I gave it a shot and of course it worked. Definitely recommend and obviously even though they didn’t come to my house, they still helped repair the problem. I owe Seth lunch for sure.

DDX did a great job on our home leak. They went above and beyond to make sure our home is doing well. They came out the day after Thanksgiving. We really appreciated it!

Was very impressed with the plumbers that came to work on my issue, they were very fast, and polite, and explained everything to me, they were very efficient and charged me below what was the normal. I never give reviews but am so thankful for what a great service they did. The receptionist was so very nice and did a call back later to check. Thank u Seth and Seth Jr. Will definitely use Dependable Plumbing again if needed in the future.
