I had this faucet installed, they did very good work and it’s a quality faucet as well from Delta. However I must say the price was ridiculous. Buy your own faucet and pay them to install it if anything. I think even that is $375. But I paid $1100 to have a single faucet installed. Never again.

Frank’s Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing service I’ve ever worked with. Ryan, the main plumber on our job, was extremely knowledgeable and professional, walking me through every step of the process. From start to finish, I felt completely comfortable with his work. Our home had a slew of plumbing issues—three toilets that wouldn’t flush, a shower with slow drainage, and two sinks that were completely clogged. Ryan tackled everything head-on and didn’t cut any corners. He even went into our crawl space to identify and fix mistakes left by a previous plumbing company. His dedication was truly remarkable. Despite the heavy lifting of lugging defective toilets in and out all day (poor guy!), Ryan stayed friendly and focused. Because we opted for their provided toilets, all the defects were covered, which was a huge relief. He also introduced us to their membership plan, which offers discounts on future services—a great value. What really stood out was his effort to ensure we got the best price possible and his willingness to explain every detail of his work. I trust his expertise completely. The entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. If you’re looking for a plumbing service that values quality, speed, and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Frank’s Plumbing. The tub is still leaking. He left the back panel open, his mess still on the floor. I will go another route moving forward. They have assured me more attention will be given to this issue Monday. How impressed am I!!! Austin, Skyler,& a new recruit came reassuring me of the plumbing that had been handled. The weekend came and went without any new problems. Thank you guys for easing my concern.

Zachery Kongsy and his helper did a quick and efficient job of installing our new insinkerator. Also cleaning up after themselves. The new insinkerator is so quiet compared to the old one. I'm one happy customer.

How would I rate the service of my repair man? 5/5 stars. He was very good at his job, was willing to do the job in not so great weather and finished up very quickly. He also had a pretty good attitude when it came to my neighbor’s dog rushing him in the back alley out of nowhere. He was extremely cordial and likable. Would recommend him as a repair man. His assistant was also very good. How would I rate the service of the company itself? 2/5 stars. I had booked the appointment on a Friday for the following Monday, was only told they would call me when they would come instead of a set time, and I still had to call them back to see if someone was actually coming. Maybe it was just me, but it felt like they had just remembered - in that moment - I had an appointment that day when I called. I didn’t take a lunch at work because I was waiting for a call that never came - 9+ hours of waiting to be met with nothing. And then, when they actually did send someone, it was on overtime so I had to pay more money to get the job done then and there. If I had been in a worst mood I would have told the repair man to leave and that I would never call them for work again. While I’m happy my pipes aren’t overflowing anymore so far and that their service men were great, I don’t know if I will be calling them back for more work in the future. EDIT: After speaking on the phone with customer service, we were able to come to an agreement with what happened on my job that was satisfactory for us both. I appreciate them reaching out and coming to an understanding on what happened, also with how candid they were when I spoke about my displeasures. Again, I really liked their repair men and the work they did for me, and I can only hope to get the same quality of service if/when I call them again in the future.

Frank’s was able to come the day after we called—and scheduled us in between other orders. Our sewer was backing up and we were expecting company. Zane was so capable and pulled three feet of roots out of our system. We’re so thankful for their hasty help. I was very impressed with getting a text with a photo of Zane and his info. Very professional! Thanks, Frank’s!!

Zane & Johnny were awesome. Super friendly and accommodating. They replaced our water heater and switched out all of our piping in just 4 days! They kept us in the loop every step of the way. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
