At nights they literally leave one employee to check out every single person leading to long lines or long wait times for one or two items. Worse Home Depot I ever been too

We bought $5,100 in carpet and were told when the carpet came in we would be contacted to schedule removal and installation of 1600 sq ft of carpet. I got a call and scheduled for Tuesday. I asked when would it be done. One day he was sending enough to complete it from :ubbock. One carpet layer and a helper showed up at 10. Went to lunch from 2:45 to 4:30 and at 5:30 not one room was done. I called their office --they work from 9:30-4. Called Home Depot--they would call the supervisor at Cooper Installation and would call me back. Didn't hear from either one.

Door department doesn't know which way is up. Quoted wrong price more than once. Spent hours either on hold in the phone or in the store and still got it wrong. Didn't bother to tell us there was $250 per door freight PER DOOR for 6 doors until order was made. No itemized receipt to see what you are buying. Always nice...but incompetent.

I'm trying to get a quote for a countertop and I am unable to ever get in touch with anyone either by phone or in person. I guess they don't need my business.
