Great experience all around. Ricky called to discuss with me what I needed done and quoted me a price before we met up at the property. Once there he told me again what he was going to do and got right to work. The house was vacant and he prepared it for winter. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Ricky and Mr Rooter.

Garrett the young man that came from Mr Rooter could not have been nicer Kinder more pleasant so mannerly very wonderful to deal with I recommend you give him something cuz he's a keeper if I ever need you guys again I will ask for him. Thank you Reba Hayes

Trent at Mr. Rooter went above and beyond at every level of this job. He was knowledgeable, helpful, dependable, and patient, as a good plumber should be. We had a crisis in our brand new home and Trent was able to alleviate stress and give us confidence that the job was being done right. I’ve dealt with several plumbers over the past few days and nobody has reached Trent’s level of professionalism or experiential wisdom. Whenever me or my family need a plumber we will be calling Mr. Rooter and requesting Trent.

Called with a clogged toilet line issue in a bathroom, and they were able to come out after lunch and got my issue resolved. Garret was a very polite and professional young man. He was methodical in his approach to evaluating the issue up front so as to insure the proper form of service was applied and provided the cost for approval before starting the work. He even cleaned up the tub where some water had backed up into it during my attempts to unstop the blockage. 100% satisfied with their service from Bobbi the receptionist who booked my service to Garret who came and performed it. Will definitely use them again.
