Patrick and helper Warren were both very professional and completed the job of my gas water heater quickly on short notice. Quality work, quality material. I will be using them from now on. Workers showed up to install a new water heater. Water heater that they brought would not fit so they tore up the door frame to fit it in and left a complete mess with a door that will no longer close. Contacted company to complain and they have yet to resolve. Will update.

Called and was surprised to hear that they cannot work with us because they CANNOT handle a complaint that we supposedly made in the past with pricing. Name one business that hasnt had a complaint, its part of life. To deny service for that is unbelievable. How bad could the complaint have been if I'm calling to use your service again? What an emotional manager you are. Unprofessional and childish.

The gentleman was on-time, very friendly, HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL, very knowledgeable of my outdoor water faucets and had the problem fixed within 1 hour. Everything about them deserves a 5 star! The person that picked up the phone and scheduled us in was very kind. Our plumber Pat came out within hours of the call and was very attentive and helpful. We will be asking for him every time!

Great customer service and great same day care on a plumbing job. Jacob got with the company for our RO system and they resent under warranty two new filter units. He went above and beyond!
