I recently had All Masters Plumbing handle some plumbing issues at my home, and overall, my experience was mixed. The technician was professional and arrived on time, which I appreciated. We've called All Masters on 3 different occasions and have gotten excellent service each time. This lastest was for a complete re-plumb of our house. They took meticulous, detailed care of us, the house, the pets and everything involved. This was a huge undertaking, but they came through quickly and efficiently.

Overall service was top shelf. The plumber was timely, neat, professional and candid. We had service done in 3 bathrooms and service to our lines leading out to the street. Customer service was professional and setting up the appointments was easy. I recommend them for plumbing services.

Plumber's task was to unclog a toilet. Arrived on time. Even though told problem was in the toilet he bypassed it and charged $798 to clear the sewer pipe. Next he charged $950 to clear the sewer with high pressure water. Problem was not fixed! Second plumber from same shop found the clog in toilet and fixed the problem. Shop would only refund $798 in exchange for 5 star review. Here it is!
