Very pleasant to deal with. Listened to my concern and gave me a clear answer so we scheduled for the replacement of my hot water heater Jake and Dawson just left here from installing my new 50 gallon American ProLine Master hot water heater. Very professionally installed and looks great. Very pleased with the work and very respectful. I will definitely depend on Baker Brothers for any future projects that I need done. Thank you again! Khalil was very professional, and friendly! He was great at problem solving our set up, and was back 2 days later to fix everything! The communication is great from Khalil, and Amanda, at Baker's Brothers. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Appreciate the work and the honesty!! :)

Today I had a plumber come and replace the faucets for my washing machine that were old and corroded. He did an excellent job and was so careful. I appreciate his attention to detail. I also had the HVAC guys come as I had an odd alert on my thermostat. They were able to fix that very quickly and explain to me what caused it. It helped me feel so much better that my unit was still functioning incorrectly since it’s only less than two years old. I Highly recommend Baker Brothers overall. Everyone from the people who answer the phones to the text that come out have been absolutely wonderful. Thank you.

Ryan G is the electrician that came to help me take down my Ring camera over the garage and rewire some electrical cords in the attic. He is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. Answered all my questions and even helped me sign up for the family plan that include plumbing, AC and electrical. Very satisfied with the service!

I really appreciate Jeremiah coming out to the house to change out my thermostats and check the charge on my recently replaced HVAC. His professionalism and respect for my property stood out, and I felt completely comfortable knowing he was taking good care of everything. He made sure everything was in perfect working order before he left, which gave me great peace of mind. Highly recommend his services!

I've used Bakers maybe 5x on this house. I really like them for AC work. The plumbing was expensive for the work dobe, the air handler install was slightly expensive but was beautifully and timely done. I felt like reviewing today due to Brian, he did great work at a fair price, fixing the condensation drain and testing voltage, temperature output and troubleshooting. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared the knowledge when asked. This dude is phenomenal and I wish the best for him in life. He did not rush the job at all either, very thorough. In summary, Bakers has been great for emergencies, they are well staffed and can get to you ASAP. Pricing is typically high but they do quality work. I've only called once for their plumbing portion and although I felt it was expensive I would try them again on a larger job to give them a fair evaluation.

The service was GREAT!! Our water heater was on its last leg ... I saw this Commercial again and called in this morning ... perfect ly instaled by nice young men ... and Baker Bros set up the necessary State Inspection for us for next week!!! I LOVE Y'all !!!
