Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Water Heaters, & Drain Cleaning

We had a tankless water heater put in a few years ago from Benjamin Franklin plumbing. They not only tore up my water heater closet and refused to put the tankless unit in the closet but only in the attic but once we called to let them know that it was not working properly and of the damage they left behind they refused to service us on their equipment. We continue to have trouble with the water heater and are constantly left without hot water. Other plumbing services will not service it because of the location and because of it being another plumbing company installation. I would not recommend spending thousands of dollars with this company and their very poor customer service! The picture shows how they left the ceiling in our water heater closet.

Jose was great. He came completely prepared. I had a very complicated problem with the drain line for one of my toilets. It had been blocked several times, and we have had several service calls to unblock the line. Jose found a blockage vis camera. It took him several tries but he finally cleared the blockage. It was a ratchet wrench with a socket attached, stuck at the first elbow. He finished installing the toilet and cleaned up the workspace. We are thankful for both the quality, and the price. Many thanks to Jose and his work!

Hunter did a spectacular job fixing our broken plumbing. He was on time and professional, and he communicated very effectively with us. He was very thorough and knew exactly how to fix the issue. I will definitely use this company again.

He was very knowledgeable and helpful in a not so good situation and would recommend the company and him to others for their service! Zachary Odel was extremely efficient and very knowledgeable in fixing and correcting my ongoing leak issue. He was both business like and friendly, and I would highly recommend him in a second To anybody I know for plumbing issues Prior to Zachary‘s work field supervisor Chris Fontenot Came out first to examine the different options. He very politely listened to my explanation what was happening and what the repair might entail. However, checked one more situation and in doing so saved me a huge amount of money rather than just going with his first professional instinct. As was Zachary Chris was very professional and yet very approachable and very very knowledgeable of different scenarios for the problem.
