Dynamic Plumbing Solutions

After working with several other plumbers, I can't recommend Dynamic Plumbing enough. Matt was fantastic—he happened to be in the area and arrived within 10 minutes of getting off the phone with him. He was thorough, helpful, and explained everything to make sure we weren't in the dark at any point in the process. It was clear he genuinely cared about us as homeowners. Already told a handful of friends and family - we'll be using Dynamic moving forward.

Matt was the greatest. We had a hot water slab leak and he was able to come out same day and fix it. He was very open and communicative about the process and explained everything. Plumbing can be stressful and exhausting, but Matt made the whole process simple and worry-free. I have already shared his information with my family and definitely recommend Dynamic Plumbing above anyone else!

Matt arrived on time and was professional and respectful. We had a list of items for him to check out and repair. Not just inside but our two outside spigots needed maintenance. He did an excellent job and providing peace of mind is nothing better. We have used him in the past and will continue to call Matt from Dynamic Plumbing Solutions for our plumbing needs.

Recently had the pleasure of working with Matt because my wife and I came home to a busted pipe after away for a week on vacation. Matt was responsive, patient, and worked quickly. I highly recommend Matt as a great area plumber and definitely added him to my digital Rolodex!

Used these guys a few times on some simple jobs that anybody could’ve done. The first job was just a convenience thing that I could’ve done myself once they diagnosed it. But, it was a convenience thing. I had a crazy issue with some outside pool plumbing. Long story short, this guy has no idea how to do anything that a master plumber might know how to, and he certainly let me know about it. He told me he didn’t want to come out to start with, and wouldn’t return for it. A guy came out an hour later and had it resolved in less than 5 minutes. It’s honorable to admit when you’re not capable of doing things. That’s all lost when you somehow have the free time to come and check it out, then make the situation worse and tell your former customer to basically lose your number. I sure as hell lost this guy’s number, and will never use them again. Their constant availability is a huge question mark. Buyer beware with these people, and you’ve been warned.

We were preparing for a new floor for the kitchen. We had to disconnect and move the gas cooker first. Matt came over quickly since he was nearby. He and his son worked efficiently. As an extra precaution, he made the gas trip-proof. When the new floor was done, Matt came back to move and reconnect the gas cooker. He was polite, friendly, efficient and local. Highly recommend. I needed Matt's help again. This time, it was a clogged drain in the guest bathroom. Even though the drain was hardly used, algae may have grown because it was shared with the air conditioning drain. Matt cleared it with a snake machine. The drain itself disintegrated because it was cheap and poorly made. Matt replaced it with a much better one. He was prompt, communicative and reasonably priced. Highly recommend again.
