David and Jonathan did fabulous work. Our water heater died and leaked into the house. They removed the old unit, patiently worked with us on scheduling for 2 weeks while we handled insurance and restoration, then installed the new unit perfectly. Very happy I contacted Ernie’s to handle this job, and I will definitely call again for future plumbing needs.

When we bought our house, we were told there was a small leak in the plumbing. My neighbor recommended Ernie’s plumbing. So I called at 1030 on Monday morning. They had a technician out here that afternoon. Turns out we needed some major repairs. We had pipes that were clogged, glued improperly, and all the water from our kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washing machine was just pouring out under the house. After inspecting as much as he could without getting soaked, Hershel explained everything that needed to be done. He didn’t talk to me like I was a “woman who wouldn’t understand.” He took photos and walked me through each issue. He gave me options for fixing what had to be fixed now and what could wait. The job was too big to finish in one day so he said he would come back the next morning between 9 and 930. He arrived promptly, and brought another employee, Evan. Hershel and Evan were so professional, making sure to put down plastic everywhere they had to step and cleaning up after the job was done. Being a first time home owner, I can’t speak to the fairness of the pricing, but it was worth every cent for a job very well done and the peace of mind knowing that Ernie’s is a company I can trust. I highly recommended Ernie’s plumbing! And when you call, ask for Hershel or Evan!

Jonathan and Robert came out and install water heater and did a complete upgrade, they both did an awesome job, all instruction was explain and clear. Also, work in garage and kitchen done professional. Will use Ernie’s plumbing again. Great job!!

I am a DIY guy so rerouting the main water line of the house was going to take me a while. I was expecting a big job like this to take a few days and, was hesitant to call. This plumber shows up and says he will do it tomorrow morning and finish up in one day. Will be requesting the same guy for a repeat repairs. Robert is an asset to Ernie’s team. Renee and Lisa were on the phone making sure the repairs were completed.

The tech from Ernie’s came out his name was Robert he did a fantastic job with fixing our slab leak, also answered any and all of my questions. Will definitely use Ernie’s and request for Robert if needed in the future!

Jeremy was our tech, his very friendly and courteous. We really liked how knowledgeable he was. Before Jeremy started the work he gave us a short briefing about our set up, what he expected. When he opened up the tub control knob Jeremy knew exactly what would be needed and informed us that he needed to get some parts and would be right back. The work was completed quickly and expertly. Jeremy also noticed the tub would eventually need replacing and at the end of his visit, offered information on other services they provided. Great company from setting the appoint through completion. I would recommend Ernie’s plumbing Service, and definitely use them again.

Scott Reddick from Ernie’s plumbing responded to our call on March 21 When what seemed to be a simple leaky faucet turned into a really big Plumbing job. Scott was very professional and immediately knew what needed to be done. He explained the process, and after obtaining the necessary parts, he went to work and The job was done quickly and efficiently. Also, we have a special needs child and he was careful to not disturb him while entering and leaving our house. My wife and I are very happy with the finished job.

Technicians Robert and Josh came out to my house to install my brand new tankless water heater. (By the way highly recommend having one for a home, absolutely amazing.) as soon as Robert pointed out that our current water heaters we had were not installed properly by the previous installers he was quick to jump in and resolve the issue professionally and in a timely manner, and they were absolutely awesome. I would recommend Ernies plumbing services to anyone with plumbing issues in their home and I would absolutely recommend Robert and Josh!
