The Plumber was attentive and explained the process thoroughly. He and his crew were prompt and finished the job in the timeframe he stated. Their work was timely and efficient and they completed the job in one day. He found the leak and got it repaired and floors patched back up all in one day. Phil was awesome and this great service has earned J Rowe Plumbing a permanent customer for my future needs. I would definitely refer Phil and his team!

Excellent and professional service! Used this company in 2020 to fix a clogged pipe under the house, informed it was due to roots, at that time he fixed the issue and informed me of reoccurring issues which I did not tend to or get fixed as they recommended...professional affordable courteous 5 star back then too. Fast forward to today 2025, same problem. Jamie diagnosed the same problem and worked diligently to fix the immediate issue. Couldn't be more happy with his professionalism, knowledge, and his work! Thanks Jamie! Highly recommend J Rowe! I have free flowing water again, and instructions on how to permanently fix and/or maintain it.

Duffy did a very good job! He and his helper were very friendly and professional. They replaced my kitchen sink and faucet quickly and made sure it fit properly. I will continue to use J Rowe Plumbing for all future needs.
