Horrible experience! The plumber, David, came to fix our shower (that worked but had some loose parts). He took it apart and has never put it back together properly, and it has been 4 months! He kept saying he was waiting for a part, and now he won't take my calls. Very, very unprofessional. Firms like this should not be in business.

I could not be more pleased with the service that we have received from JAMCO. My family has had the opportunity to use JAMCO a couple of times now, and each time, David has been absolutely remarkable to work with. He is forthright, earnest, helpful, and above all, incredibly fair. This is by far the best experience I've ever had in dealing with plumbing services. Plenty of plumbers are happy to take advantage of folks when issues arise, but JAMCO and David are the OPPOSITE of this. I could not more highly recommend this outfit, and JAMCO will be our first and only call going forward when plumbing issues arise. Thank you David and JAMCO!

I ended up using Jamco Plumbing through a home warranty company plumbing claim. I had what appeared to be a slab leak but I was having trouble finding the cause. Kirk with Jamco did an excellent job of making sure the leaks were found. It ended up that I had some breaks in the plumbing lines in the slab. The Jamco team tunneled 17 feet under my slab to access and fix the leaks. They were friendly, professional, respectful and they did an excellent job at a fair price. I will definitely use them again. Five stars all the way!

I've used Jamco on a couple of jobs through my warranty company and have been serviced professionally and efficient every time. David was professional and informative each time he has come out on 2 different jobs. He got the job done the 1st time around.

I was assigned Jamco by my home warranty. I saw only 1 star reviews and went, uh oh. HOWEVER, Kirk was very professional and answered all of my questions. He quickly fixed my sinks and told me the brands and what parts I need to periodically replace/clean. I can't speak about the front office, we only spoke once to set up a time. Overall I was impressed with the service.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone to inspect and pull a permit for the original water heater install. The phone goes straight to voicemail and I have left several messages with no return call. I have no way of getting in touch with them otherwise to get this water heater permit taken care of with the city.

Plumber came out as part of my warranty service to check my disposal. Was fast, friendly, and replaced my disposal and gave a bit of education on using it. Great service.

The service that they DID NOT complete was horrible! The plumber came to my house and unclogged my toilet but told me not to use it because it needed some other repairs. It has been 2+ hours and I still have not heard from them! I called the company several times and the receptionist or whoever answers the phone, very poorly by the way, was extremely rude to me! She hang up on me and did not answer the phone anymore! I can not believe there is companies that can treat customers this bad! Please do not use their service or you will regret it!!
