I am incredibly satisfied with the work and communication provided by Ben and his team at Made's Plumbing. They're prompt and thorough with everything they do, with clear explanations for every question. I am grateful for Ben showing up when things have gone horribly wrong, and look forward to future business with him and his team when things aren't an emergency.

I found Made's Plumbing through a Google search. After reading numerous 5-star reviews, I decided to give them a try. I am so grateful for Ben coming to the rescue during the bitter cold to install a shut off valve for our gas water heater and locate and repair several gas leaks in our house and subsequently diagnose a gas leak in our buried gas line outside. The repair process took a week to complete. From the moment I contacted him, his customer service and communication were outstanding. He spoke with the gas company, pulled the necessary permits, coordinated an excavation crew and the city inspection. Throughout the job, he clearly and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and the timeline and made sure he had addressed all my concerns before leaving. He was honest, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, polite, thorough and offered reasonable prices. I’ll definitely use Made’s Plumbing for future plumbing needs. Top-notch service! Highly recommend!

Thank you to Made’s Plumbing for great service. They were recommended by a friend to try and I was needing immediate service that day, 2 toilets and 2 bathtubs clogged. I called about midday and Ben was up front and said the schedule was booked up for the day, but they would try to work my job in that evening. Made’s did not disappoint us. They scheduled the service for 3 PM, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. After noticing water pooling around a toilet, I googled, "reasonable plumbing company in my area" and Made's was first to pop up. After seeing they had a 5 star rating and reading some of the reviews, I contacted them at around 7 a.m., and they were out to my home to address my issue by 10 a.m. the same day. They diagnosed a bad wax seal, however, upon removing the toilet, they determined the flange was actually broken. The tech quoted me a price, that I agreed to and then he promptly replaced the flange and wax seal, reinstalled the toilet, caulked around the base, and test flushed numerous times to show issue had been resolved all at a reasonable cost. Thank you Made's Plumbing for the prompt response and making my repair seem fast and seamless! I would highly recommend Made's Plumbing to diagnose and resolve any and all your plumbing needs.

I recently had an plumbing concern, and I called Made's Plumbing for help. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was outstanding. They were very friendly, professional, and quick to schedule an appointment. Ben arrived right on time and addressed my concerns. He took the time to explain the problem in simple terms and offered a couple of solutions. I appreciated how transparent he was about the cost and how long the job would take, (completed within the morning.). The area was cleaned up afterward, and they made sure I had no further concerns before leaving. Overall, the service was top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier. Ben was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. They were able to come out the same day, and offered reasonable prices. I won't be seeking out any other plumbing companies I found mine!
