Mike and terry were incredibly responsive, our water heater went out this morning and was replaced within three hours! We have never had a job done so quickly, efficiently and professionally on our house historically in the time that we have been living here! They were able to give us all of our options and lay them out, they were fast, got it done same day and were so honest and personable. We will definitely be utilizing this company again and requesting the same workers!

Terry and Nathan did an amazing job replacing my water heater, hooking up my dishwasher, and replacing the water valves for my washer! I really appreciate that they took the time to go through the details with me, double checked their work, and were overall amazing. This is actually the second job I have hired them for, because they did such an amazing job the first time!

Terry and Johnny showed up quick after I had a burst pipe in the master bathroom. Terry quickly assessed it and Johnny and him went to work getting the issue repaired. Although I’m not happy my house flooded because of this… I am happy that they were able to get me and my family back comfortable till insurance does their thing. Would highly recommend!

Plumb Shield is starting to become our go to for any plumbing issues we're finding. We don't like calling plumbers, but they do clean work, quick but not rushed, walk you through what they're doing, and just solid pros so it makes it easy to call them for the job. Terry and Nathan first helped us with a major sewer line project, and their work was great, so we didn’t hesitate to call them again months later for a water heater/plumbing pressure issue. Terry and Nathan quickly came out to replace a defective pressure reducing valve in my front yard. They also installed an expansion tank on my water heater. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. I will definitely use them again!
