Stuart was the best service technician I have ever had. He came once a year ago and was able to come for my annual service I needed this year. After inspection he told me about a new UV system by Premierone. I went ahead and had it installed and this system will help my air quality improve, better than what my current UV system I have. He was extremely thorough in all that he did on the UV installation and my service. I will never call anyone else for service on my AC, plumbing and electrical issues!! Stuart was an excellent technician and service provider! Thank you Stuart for all of your excellent service!!

A huge Thank you! Thank you for your hard work today to the installers "Cole Creek, Mark Cardiel, Tomas Castanon and Jorge Ramirez. They were respectful, polite, courteous and continued to clean up after themselves as they worked leaving no mess at all. Extra special Thank you to Micheal Ruddell the HVAC technician, to whom was able to resolve a on going 3 year problem. He took the time and listened and asked questions in detail, a rare quality in customer service industry today. I also want to thank Julian another HVAC technician whom came on a previous call. Thank you to Robert the supervisor, whom came and spent the day with Michael and Julian to help with the resolve. All systems are a go and working perfectly for the first time! It truly is a blessed day!

Arrived in timely fashion. Explained project before beginning work. Reviewed previous quote given. At the end of job, had pictures showing underground replacements of pipes. Cleaned up work area and replaced soil. Courteous and professional. Dispatch operators very courteous and kept me updated on anticipated arrival status. I feel confident in calling Willard for additional services. I would like to mention Donald Driscoll who came for the first evaluation and was courteous and informative. Michael Seaman completed the actual work. Everything completed in a timely fashion.

Aaron did a very good job of checking my heating system and explaining everything to me. He was very polite and courteous and answered all my questions and did his work in a timely manner. He even called chrissa and Patrick I'll let them know what the situation is with my system. I would be happy to have him come back again at any time. He is definitely a benefit to your business.

Stuart Smith took care of an alert on our thermostat that popped up this morning. He was here before noon. I was impressed at his ability to access the diagnostic tools in the thermostat and proceed quickly to the needed repair on the outdoor unit. He explained what he found, attended to it effectively and efficiently, and the system is fully restored to good working order. He then installed a new Pure Air UV to the furnace to enhance the air quality. If you are looking for top service from a senior technician who is qualified in various aspects of your needs, this is the guy to ask for. I'll request him from now on.

On my phone, Google pulls up several locations for Willard, none of which is Midlothian, whence my plumber was dispatched. On the PC, where I am typing now, only the nearest location to my house shows up (also not Midlothian). If all of that makes any difference; it should be that a Willard is a Willard is a Willard, regardless of home base. The plumber who arrived (I'm not supposed to name him without his permission, and I don't know how to contact him directly) was good-natured and personable. He worked efficiently and did a good job on my repair. I needed to have a hot-water leak inside the wall going to my tub/shower repaired. Due to the age of the pipes, I wanted to have piping on the cold-water side replaced as well, to avoid the possibility of another leak sometime in the future. He explained what he was doing and answered all questions to my satisfaction. If he came by the fastest route shown on Google Maps, he drove 23 miles and paid a couple bucks in tolls. After he arrived, he didn't have all the necessary parts and had to make a procurement run to somewhere, probably not more than 5 miles distant. At the IRS allowable rate of 67 cents per mile and adding in tolls, we have about $42 of transportation expenses. The materials he used, if purchased at retail from Home Depot and sold at a 100% markup, shouldn't have exceeded $100. His time on the job came in quite close to 3 hours, and travel should have taken about an hour more. Subtracting materials and transportation from the total bill of $2261 leaves a shop charge of $2127, which works out to about $532/hour. A tad high, I think, even allowing for inflation. There's no transparency in the estimation process. The plumber pokes at a tablet for a while and produces a price. No breakout of parts, labor, taxes, fees, whatever. Bottom line: good job by professional worker + excessive price = mediocre number of stars.
