Jose and Guillermo So these two guys came to my house to replace my water heater. They did a superb job. They were very professional and courtesy. They explained the operation of the new water heater. They came into the house and checked to ensure the bathtubs water was drained from debris. They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Couldn’t have asked for any other guys to do this job. They wasted no time getting this heater reinstalled up and operational. They deserve ten stars ⭐️. Thanks Jose and Guillermo for an outstanding job.

My kitchen drain is backed up on both sides. I called and set an appt. for March 23. They called just before the time to arrive and rescheduled for this morning. I specifically told this company what the problem was in great detail and asked about price . I was quoted $89. I verified again that would be the cost based on what I described the issue was. The tech arrived and then told me it would be $385 to do the job. I told him that I was specific about the issue and verified it on the phone for the problem described in detail.. He told me that price was wrong so I did not have the job done. This company was completely dishonest with me. Don't bother calling them as what you are quoted is not what you will have to pay. The technician wanted to charge me over 4 times the quoted price.

Roy Roger's has been the best and most knowledgeable technician I've worked with. We have been having problems with airflow and the system rebooting/shutting down randomly. I worked with 2 other high rated companies who never were able to tell me what was wrong, nor did they spend any time really trying to figure it out. Roy came out and listened to my concerns and knew right away what was wrong. He continued beyond hours consulting with another tech, Bunny, to discuss the situation and remedy it. As of today, the issue was promptly fixed and I'm so very thankful for this experience with Roy. I won't ask for anyone else in the future! Thanks Roy and Bunny!

Came to my house same day. Delivered the quote right after service and did an HVAC tune-up for us. Our Tech, Jason, was awesome...the real deal! It was great to get knowledgeable professionals over to inspect and tell us out what really needed to be done. Thanks, Jason and the team at ARS!

I am happy to give a positive review of the work that was done at our house. However, the process of getting it to happen and the payment communication was horrible. I looked online to find a company to help us with a blocked sewer line. My initial search turned up ARS Rescue Rooter with information that you could get a main drain line cleared for $93 and if it was not able to be cleared it would be free. I went to their website and I saw the coupon for $93 for that service which it also stated included a camera evaluation of the pipe and it was a $350 value. That is exactly what the ad on their website said. (See attached photos) I called the company to schedule the service. I told Jessica that we had a blocked sewer line that I wanted somebody to clear the line and use a camera to make sure it was cleared out. She told me it would be $89. I asked if there were any other fees attached like taxes or something else to make it higher than that number (such as $93) and she told me there was a $50 coupon. Of course I was happy to hear about the coupon and surprised that it might only cost me $39 but that's what Jessica said. I also told Jessica that I needed the technician to come after 12 noon because that's when my husband would be home. She said I could be scheduled between 12 and 4pm and I was happy with that. I received a text message saying that my appointment was scheduled between 12 and 4pm. 13 minutes later I received another text message saying that my appointment was scheduled between 10 AM and 2 PM. That was not going to work for me because I wanted my husband to be here and he wouldn't be home until noon. I called them to see why they changed my appointment and asked them to come after 12 noon. Right after that the technician showed up and it was about 10:30 AM. I was quite frustrated because I specifically told her I didn't want anybody to come until noon. Luckily my husband came home a little early so he talked with the technician and they got the drain pipe cleared out which we were very happy about. He was a nice guy and he did good work. While he was doing the work he informed my husband that the charge would be $285. Right away I called ARS Rescue Rooter back and asked them why we were getting charged $285 when I was quoted on the phone $89 plus a $50 coupon and their website said it would be $93. I would've been happy with $93 but suddenly they told me that they never know the price until the technician comes out and that the $93 advertisement doesn't really mean $93. I told them it was false advertising and that they needed to fix the coupon on their website or they would be tricking a lot of of people. I probably would not have called them if I hadn't seen that coupon. I may have called another company. I told the supervisor that if they didn't take care of this billing issue for me, they would end up with me never calling them back for service and I would be likely to give bad reviews to Friends. It felt very wrong to me that they advertise something that they were not willing to deliver. When the technician was done I showed him the ad for $93 and I told him about my conversation with the supervisor. He was very cordial and he was happy to see the $93 ad so that's all he charged me. In the end I felt fortunate that we were able to get our line cleared and we were able to be billed fairly for what they had advertised online. But the rescheduling of the appointment was a bad move on their part. A miss-quote over the phone and then not acknowledging their own advertisement of a price with a supervisor on the phone it was also a bad move. Be very careful of their advertising practices and make sure you really understand how they might charge you before you schedule with them.

Called ARS when we had a clogged pipe in our master bath that was backing up into shower, tub and toilet. From the first phone call to the job completion, the whole team was professional, communication was top notch and Miguel, our tech, was very knowledgeable and worked very fast. They came out on Sunday, did not charge a weekend fee and the bill was very reasonable. I would highly recommend. I will continue to use ARS for any future plumbing needs.

Johnny Ingram came out on A Home Depot inspection. He was very professional. He explained everything about our HVAC system and all that was working correctly and what was needing additional service. We were very happy with the service.

Employee was on time and took proper measures when in my home. After his inspection, he discussed what he had found with me Which was a halo unit that was not working. I discussed this with their office. He was knowledgeable about the AC unit. And heater and changed filters and requested that I do the same for my stealing filters. Discussed the halo unit not working, which I called the home office to get further estimates. He was very professional and seem knowledgeable in his field was very comfortable with him being in my home and working on my air-conditioning heating unit.
