I was dealing with a water main leak in my house on 1/1/25. Jason was straight forward and very honest with what needed to be done and how much it will cost, while other companies wanted me to replace the entire main line without a good reason and by charging 6X more $. Needless to say, the pipe was repaired and we have water back in my house. Everyone at this company has been very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Jason and his company for all of your plumbing needs.

Top notch service and prices. I had a new marble countertop installed along with a new "chef" sink. When I went to re-install the garbage disposer, it conflicted with the existing plumbing, requiring a complete replacement. I probably could have done it but I said, "Nope, time to call in the pros." Austin's Greatest did a perfect job, far superior to what was installed when my townhouse was first built. Frankly, it's so well installed, it almost looks like sculpture. Every pipe is perfectly aligned. I am impressed. Great Job!

These people are awesome!! We were about to go with another company who would have costed us thousands more dollars, but Austin’s Greatest Plumbing found a solution with our budget in mind and saved us a lot of time and money. Austin’s Greatest Plumbing were awesome. Had Gio & Romie come past a month ago to fix a number of things on a newly purchased house, and also install a new water heater. They were professional but also took time to answer any questions and show some helpful tips. Will definitely be using again for future plumbing issues.

They came out on a Sunday which I did not expect. I put the request on thumbtack and Rachael called me two minutes later. Said she had availability on Sunday afternoon. Romie came out and was friendly inspected what was wrong. (The handle wouldn’t stop leaking from the previous guy who installed it incorrectly). He made some recommendations. Originally it was a little cheaper but he had to get another part he recommended because it did t want it to continue leaking. He also said I would buy shower handle from Home Depot ot Lowe’s (not Amazon). He wanted to do it the correct way the first time. He even went to Lowe’s to buy the correct faucet of my liking. He didn’t charge me a trip charge either to run to Lowe’s down the road. He was here about an hour and it was done. So far so good. I was always told don’t mess with plumbing or electrical. You always want a professional installing stuff like this. I called these guys because of the reviews here and on thumbtack.
