Benjamin Franklin came quickly and the technician was great. But I called and asked how much for a water heater tuneup and was told $99. Well, thatâs just for him to walk through the door. The actual tuneup was almost $300. They needed to make that more clear in my opinion.

This morning, we had a repair on the main water line where a leak in the yard had developed. The plumber arrived on time as planned and got right to work. He provided an estimate that was spot on. The leak was fully repaired and the grass replaced. We've been consistently happy with Ben Franklin Plumbing over the years. They aren't the cheapest folks but they do quality work and show up when you call for services.

I am an electrician of over 25 years and have managed and even helped build some of the electrical service companies in the area. I can honestly say that JP and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing gave a 5 star service. The booking and dispatch communications, showed up when they said they would, Good pricing and JP was efficient, did AMAZING work and was very clean throughout the entire process. I highly recommend JP and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!
