Gilbert was amazing! Very fast response even came out and installed our new water heater on his scheduled day off to help us out. Fair pricing fast service. Excellent communication before during and after. And also just a great person over all! I am happy. Should I finally found a great plumber!

Gilbert at Blue Dragon Plumbing is so amazing, it's mind-blowing! We're moving out of state next spring and I have to say, I have never mourned the impending loss of a plumber before, and probably never will again, but man! Gilbert is good people and having him over to fix or install something is just an absolute pleasure. We had him out yesterday to install a kitchen faucet and fix a rocking toilet. He called ahead warning us of his ETA, as we were his first appointment of the morning. He got right to work and continued working through our yappy dogs and incoming calls, referring customers to other plumbers in emergency situations. He asked for a trash bag to keep things tidy, and he asked for glass cleaner and paper towels to clean the surface of the sink basin before installing the new faucet for a solid connection. It's this care that really elevates his service! He's also just a pleasure to be around; his energy and enthusiasm is infectious. Gilbert is just an all-around excellent human being, and I'd refer his plumbing skills to anyone.

Gilbert did a fantastic job for us. The Pressure Regulator Valve on our new home wasn't functioning properly, resulting in annoyingly low water pressure. Gilbert was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and install a replacement. Professional & on time. Our repair ended up coming in under the original estimate, we feel his service offers a good value. We will be using Gilbert for any future plumbing repair needs.

Cannot say enough good things about Gilbert and Blue Dragon. When you find a great specialized trade company, you hang on to them and have used him numerous times. Incredibly friendly, knows his stuff, reasonable in price and responsive. Has been so good, we have referred neighbors who have felt the same way.
