Cold is on the Right Plumbing & Air

I hired Cold is on the Right after the enthusiastic review of a neighbor. On both occasions they had to unscrew messes left by other, less able contractors, one a bad general contractor. Suffice I had emotional scars. Each time they were able to solve complex problems in my best interests efficiently. One time they had to come back after I sourced a part, for which there was ONE CHARGE. They aren’t the least expensive alternative, though reasonable, and they don’t scheme once here about how much they could charge. This is invaluable to a well off single woman who is not dumb and sees it coming every time. The General contractor had proposed changing a shower valve different from other plumbing because scarce (he approved the part). He said he’d have to tear out the tile again and rebuild for which there was a charge… so out he went. Again because he first installed the shower head at 6’ so already took out the tile once! In comes Cold to the rescue. No, they said: if we go through the closet behind the valve, all you have to do is put the drywall back up, an easy fix. Five stars is too few. Each time they send two guys out, one holding the highest certification. I couldn’t be more impressed.

Santiago and Kyle were amazing during our total HVAC system replacement. Kind, informative, knowledgeable and careful to ensure a smooth install. They were efficient and got my AC working before my family arrived for spring break. Now enjoying the cool air with family. Great pricing and quick turn around from quote to finished job. Thank you! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone needing HVCA or plumbing work.

You can never go wrong calling these guys! They do all sorts of small handyman services and large plumbing and AC jobs! I had Abacus come out and gave me an atrocious bid yesterday and I took my chances on calling Cold is on the right and they sent their guys today And it was quite a difference in price and service technique. Abacus tried to upsell everything to me, including an entirely new HVAC system! Thank you so much for your honesty and caring and treating people like humans instead of suckers. If you want to truly be supported and taken care of, call these guys!

Great customer service and experienced technicians! They were prompt and explained the issue clearly and informed us on solutions. Prices were reasonable and we highly recommend Cold on the Right. We appreciate them for coming out quickly and taking care of our HVAC issue. God bless these folks.

These guys are always so wonderful. I called when we had a fitting near our water main break and they were here within 30 minutes, were polite, diagnosed the issue, shared with me the problem, completed the work and we had water back on within an hour. Andrew and Grayson even ran to get a cover to make it accessible to us if we need it in the future. This is my go to plumbing company!

Joey & Alex were wonderful, as was the sweet lady who answered the phone. They got here so fast, I didn’t even have time to get out of my pajamas! They taught me what to do to prevent future plumbing problems in the next freeze. Best $199 I’ve spent in a while. :) I’ll definitely be calling these folks again! (PS Give Joey & Alex big raises!)

I called Cold is on the Right to help with a few plumbing issues, including a clogged sink and some leaky faucets. It was easy to get an appointment that fit my schedule, and Jack and Drew arrived on the early side of the 2-hour window. They were friendly and knowledgeable (and always wore shoe coverings in the house!), letting me know what was causing the problems and giving me a cost estimate. I approved it, and they got right to work. I’m very pleased with the repairs and will call Cold is on the Right again if needed.

Once again Cold is on The Right has come to the rescue! We had a toilet at KOOP Radio whose flapper and chain would comingle, forbidding a total closure so water flowed through. After calling first thing this morning Joey & Alex came right over to accommodate us and they replaced the guts of the toilet, utilizing hi-caliber professional parts. Kudos to Cold is on The Right for fantastic service!!
