Eugene is an apprentice plumber who could benefit from additional training and experience. Max, Shawn, and David arrived and efficiently installed our new water heater according to the most current Austin code standards. They performed their work with precision and care. Eugene's brass project and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I'm so glad I made the call and they promptly returned my call, even over the weekend! Given their high-quality work and their excellent warranty service, it would be hard to find better. I hope these gentlemen receive recognition and rewards for representing their company to such a high standard.

tyrone from Brantley & Sons Plumbing was brilliant, he really knew his stuff and took the time to explain everything we needed following his diagnosis of the problem. From arranging the new motor to scheduling a suitable day for installing and finishing the job, he was there to ensure our house had its plumbing system back up and running. Really great service, we're lucky to have him on the team. The company has recently come under new management which has definitely improved the level of service. We're based in austin and are thrilled with our experience.

The plumber David from Brantley & Sons Plumbing was extremely well-versed and took the time to thoroughly explain the process. He truly exceeded expectations by tidying up an area he wasn't even required to. David's excellent representation of the company in the field and his dedication to customer education is commendable! Will certainly engage the services of Brantley & Sons Plumbing in Austin again!

My hot water heater malfunctioned but the expert plumber from Brantley & Sons Plumbing, Shawn, came to my rescue. He was highly skilled and professional, and efficiently replaced the thermocouple. To my surprise, the entire bill came to only $137, and now I have hot water again in Austin. I appreciate his honesty, as a less honorable individual could have easily convinced me to install a new water heater for over $1500. I highly recommend their services.

David and Jace from Brantley & Sons Plumbing did an outstanding job, arriving promptly and showcasing their plumbing prowess in Austin. I would strongly endorse their services! We needed their help and they responded swiftly, skillfully setting up our new energy-efficient boiler and tankless water heater. Their work was exceptional!

Eugene from Brantley & Sons Plumbing was professional and well-informed, managing to repair the water line in our outer wall and replace our re-circulation pump along with a new timer in just 3 hours. These guys are efficient and bring everything they need to complete the task (or they call their warehouse to have it delivered to the job site). This is the epitome of how a plumbing business in Austin should operate!

I've been a long-time customer of Brantley & Sons Plumbing, and I must say, they are fantastic! Jace, in particular, is top-notch. I was having issues with my water heater; the pilot light kept extinguishing, and it eventually stopped heating water altogether. This all happened within a year, and throughout this period, Jace was always there to service the water heater. Finally, he suggested that we should consider getting a new one as the current one was not functioning correctly. As always, the service provided was exceptional, especially in Austin.

Max and Jace showed up unexpectedly today, due to a slight mix-up with the contact number in their records. Regardless, they checked if I required their plumbing services. I was in need of new pipes for my new dryer, as I was still using the outdated copper piping. Both Max and Jace were professional and managed to handle everything promptly. I would certainly recommend these plumbers, and plan to use their services again for any future plumbing needs in Austin.
