They did a great job installing a brand new AC unit on short notice! Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and helpful during and after the install had completed. Gary even helped turn the vents the right way round to ensure maximum comfort in our home! Really appreciated everyone’s willingness to provide a wonderful service/experience! Highly recommend!

I called Elite when we couldn’t get our heater to work and they had a technician out the same day. Sasha was friendly and did a great job troubleshooting the issue, determining that the part was still under warranty, and quoting an accurate price. They showed up on time and did the job quickly. Got our heater working just in time for the freeze! Will definitely use them again when needed.

We called for an estimate which was delivered quickly. They did the job 2 days later as I requested. Our HVAC system was difficult because of the location and they made it work in the time they said it would take. I can't say enough about how hard everyone worked to get the job done. One of Elite’s trucks parked on my street today in violation of Texas State regulation Sec. 545.303 (parking on the wrong side of the road). I pointed this out to the driver and he told me he was “just there to work” and denied knowledge of the law. If they can’t train their drivers to observe state law what other rules do they break?

I had a weird intermittent issue with the heat in my HVAC unit. Calvin came out and tried to diagnose it. Unfortunately my unit tripped again shortly after he left, but Calvin was able to turn right around and ultimately found the specific issue that was causing my unit to short circuit. I now have peace of mind that my unit isn't going to go out for the rest of the winter. This is the second time I have had Elite AC come out to my house and they have been knowledgeable and extremely professional each time. My home warranty company was going to send a random person from out of town when my unit first had issues and it was going to take days for them to come out. Fortunately I had the option to choose my own repair service and Elite was able to schedule me in the next day. Glad I went with these local folks as it didn't feel like I was letting in a total stranger into my home.

I was in the movies with my 3 year old when we get an emergency notification from Austin Utilities that we had a major water leak. 10,000 gallons is a lot. I stepped out, called a buddy, got a referral to Elite and requested after hours service. Dakota met me at about 8:00 PM on Sunday and we diagnosed, dug up the leaking pipe and resolved in a few hours. Incredible service, incredible communication, incredible results. Ask for Dakota! He rocks!

I can’t recommend them enough. I was having issues with my HVAC and the previous company I had used for all of my maintenance had been pushing for unnecessary upsells in their last few visits. I called Elite to get another opinion and Calvin was awesome. Thoroughly inspected my system and gave me an honest, pragmatic solution to solve the issues I was experience.
