Ross and his teammate Darius were outstanding in their efforts in replacing the trim and valve on my 30 year old shower unit. Ross walked me through step by step what he would have to do to replace the unit efficiently. We tested everything afterwards, and the cleanup was if they were never even there. Really appreciate the speed and communication guys, thanks.

I’m part of the Sadie Club and Zach just completed my annual flood prevention and plumbing assessment. He partially drained both hot water heaters to remove sediment off the bottom, assessed operational performance, and checked all plumbing fixtures for leaks and any other potential issues (none found). We had Goettl come do a second opinion from our Home Warranty on our AC unit and they confirmed we did need to replace it but were very professional and did a great job of explaining. Based on their amazing service my wife and I decided to go with them over our home warranty company . Jarod was the technician that came out and I plan on asking for him for any future visits.

Once again, outstanding service from Goettl. Cristian not only diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently, but went above and beyond to procure and replace a faulty breaker in my breaker box. The problem was not with my unit, but with the breaker. They got me up and running and Cristian was a real pleasure to interact with as well. This service team is highly recommended.

So far experience has been great just got outside unit installed and is working great because the previous unit only lasted 6 years a carrier plus the installer and builder which was casa mechanical and DR Horton did a lousy installing it. I just prey Goettl works out better for us but so far they have been great all three technicians were friendly and answered our questions professionally and explained everything great
