Johnny Rooter has been outstanding for us! They are helpful over the phone. Both Jason and Troy were exceptional in installing a new water heater into our home, as well as new faucets and a new kitchen sink. These plumbers have gone above and beyond, and they know what they are talking about. Better prices than Fox Service, too, at least in regards to the work we needed. I highly recommend, and thank you Johnny Rooter!

I had my water shut-off valve replaced today by Jason and had a new valve cover installed. Jason showed up on time, was upfront and honest, and did the work in about an hour. He explained the work he did and recommended I also buy a shut-off tool for city water for about $13.00. My experience with calling in for an appointment with Chris was handled quickly and professionally. Based on this experience, I recommend Johnny Rooter and plan to call them in the future as needed.

After calling several vendors, and being given a 10 delay from my membership company, I called Johnny Rooter and had Connor at my place within an hour of placing the call. He was quick to identify the issue and make the repair. I really appreciate the quick response!

Plumbers from Johnny Rooter have managed multiple plumbing issues at our old apartment complex with extreme efficiency and professionalism. Today we had a huge leak in our laundry room and they were able to come within a couple of hours of our distressed call and resolve the issue. I had a stopped up plumbing and called Johnny Rooter because they performed a major repair to my septic system about 30 years ago. Remembered them because of great service at a reasonable price. They sent Alex out today and within a couple of hours and he did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem which turned out to be a major break in a main 4" line in the crawlspace of my house. Of course this repair is more than just a stopped up line and I am confident Johnny Rooter can repair the break and charge a fair price. Incredible service! The toilet at my shop on South Congress broke, and within an hour of calling, they had a serviceman on-site fixing it. Michael S. did an amazing job—quick, efficient, and professional. If you run a commercial business and need reliable plumbing, I highly recommend these guys. 10/10!

Johnny Rooter has always, for 15 years, helped us to keep up with the workload. Their plumbers and office staff have been excellent in keeping me informed on the progress of each job, and a shout-out to Conner Dean. This is not to say that the rest of Johnny's plumbers do not deserve the same.
