Matt did a wonderful job replacing my Mom’s water softener and filter. He was knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain the process and future maintenance needed. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing plumbing services or repairs.

Dillon and Chris came out to do hydrostatic testing for us and were highly informative answering each of our questions as well as fully explaining any risks or work that we could or should consider. They eve n installed a new cover for our exterior cleanout to make it easier to access instead of me having to dig it up since it was buried under our flower bed. Highly recommend them!

Melissa, Garrett, Paul, Seth, Kevin and everyone else involved. What an outstanding hard-working crew. We were very impressed by the level of communication from our project manager throughout the project. Plumbing Outfitters treated us like a priority from the moment we contacted them. The crew members respected our property and kept a tidy work area and were respectful when coming in and out of our home. Everyone we dealt with was polite and professional. Matt dealt expediently with the project we needed addressed. He had a positive attitude as he gave me the opportunity to observe the process and ask questions. I decided that Plumber Outfitter’s “Wolf Pack Program” would be a definite positive for future concerns!

Plumbing outfitters did a good job and was very easy to work with. Melissa did a solid job coordinating both the work and our inspection, and Paul and Garrett did really good work. They were helpful with brainstorming a solution for the placement and connection of our water softener, and when they discovered issues they handled them at a very reasonable price.

Professional, friendly, on time, but OVERPRICED. I had to have a 1/2 HP garbage disposal replaced in a rental unit that I wasn't able to be present at. Matt Ford was my technician and he charged me $733 to replace the small garbage disposal. The cost of the product they used is $139 at Lowe's. After the fact, I got two quotes from other plumbing companies to replace my garbage disposal with the same product they used and one said $250 and the other said $395. One company also told me I could order the part myself and it would be even cheaper. This option was not offered to me by Plumbing Outfitters. If a fair price is important to you, I don't recommend them. Unfortunately, taken advantage of by Plumbing Outfitters.

I am so happy to have discovered Plumbing Outfitters!! Their plumbers are friendly, professional, thorough, hard-working, and efficient. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them, starting with Carlos who was the first to come out and who I’ve worked with the most. And then Noah who unplugged our backed-up kitchen sink. And most recently Garrett and Paul who had to dig trenches and crawl through tight spaces to replace our outdated water pipes, along with a list of other upgrades. I am truly impressed with all these guys!!

We’ve used Plumbing Outfitters for years, but this job proved far larger than anything we’ve needed from them prior. Long story short, our house that was build on pier and beam in 1961 needed a full rework of our plumbing as our cast irons pipes were finally failing. The Plumbing Outfitters crew provided a quote and a timeframe that the job would take and they delivered on every front. They communicate each step of the process as it’s ongoing and show up exactly as they commit to. Bottom line, they’re as good as it gets and we don’t consider anyone else for our plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
