It was quite the intricate and lengthy process upgrading to an A2L system. However, throughout the day, the team of at least 5 Install/Service HVAC Techs were able to get the system installed, learn the controls protocol, and get the new system online and working beautifully. The team really burned the midnight oil on this one, but did not leave until it was 100%. 10/10 Would do again.

Gunner came out within a hour of calling. He was very nice, professional and thorough. We still have more work to do. But first day impressions, I was impressed and thankful!

Ezekiel Charles was amazing. Radiant plumbing, y’all need to give him a huge raise. He is one humble, honest and God loving person who only recommend what truly customer needs rather than what he wants to sell. I called Radiant to get a “quote” for water softener but with his thorough inspection and research, he found out I needed a water heater replacement. He went above and beyond to take him time and presented several options - from adding water softeners to simple repairs. His hawk eyes and experience caught that roof replacement cause the vent to bent and causing Carlton monoxide to flow back and damaging the water heater. Remember, only one needed to be repaired or replaced. Since other machines almost 9 years old and coming to the age and his honest opinion on what to to my husband ended with two water heater replacement and adding flow tech. Also, his went above and beyond with getting extra discount by calling his manager and contacting finance person for best option just won my heart. Best experience I’ve had dealing with plumbing issues from start to finish. The representatives who set up my appointment were very detailed and communicative. Paul Hart, our technician was very helpful, polite, sociable and very informative about what our plumbing issue was. He was able to fix our clogged sink in no time. Wonderful experience all the way around!
