James Ho was fantastic, and so was Oscar! I was particularly impressed with James’ professionalism, patience, and willingness to answer questions. He is extremely knowledgeable— the contrast in his attentiveness to detail and commitment to diagnosing and offering proper solutions when compared to the first person they sent was vivid . He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the work, and I am extremely grateful that he was dispatched to my home!

Before the holiday, I called Reliant and the one thing about Reliant Plumbing is they have people who have great communication skills however, it was highly expensive. It cost close to 700$ even with a 50$ discount. I totally appreciated that. They came on a Sunday and returned to my home on a Monday due to not being able to fix the plumbing. Long story short, nothing got fixed because I didn’t have the money to get the work done nor the credit to get this financed. I am still researching to see who can fix my issue without added fees or hidden fees. What’s interesting it went from close to 50K to close to 4K, yet the risk was, they couldn’t tell if the pipe was broken. It was a risk I couldn’t take and be out more money. For wealthy folx, they can take care of you. For working folx, if you have excellent credit, they can help finance it. Keeping it honest.

Antonio was so great. We gave him a difficult project with a narrow space to work in and he figured it all out. They were able to do an initial assessment and do the work on the same day. I’m super happy and would use them again

Roman did a great job, replacing all water pipes in the house, replacing fixtures in both bathtubs & repairing outside faucets. He also installed a Halo water conditioner/purifier. He worked long hours to get the work done quickly to reduce the number of days I was without running water. He is pleasant & thorough when explaining what they were doing. I am pleased with the work.

I cannot recommend Reliant enough. Very thorough and professional work. Had a fairly bad water leak in the slab. They worked on it even on Christmas Eve. Alan was amazing and sent one of his best plumbers Jose. Jose was very professional and took pride in his work. Matt stepped in with his guys to continue the work when Jose got hurt. All of these guys are amazing. Great job Reliant.

Roman did a fantastic job-highly recommend! He installed a tankless water heater for us after ours had a corroded valve and leaked all over our attic. I made several calls and reliant was quick to respond and fix our issue.

Not happy at all with Reliant. Called today about 1pm with a frozen pipe leaking in a ceiling. They said they’d be out before 6 pm. 7pm and no one showed up. Called them and then someone came about 7:45pm. Quoted me well over a thousand dollars to repair one copper pipe that wasn’t even behind drywall. Really really felt they were attempting to take advantage of me in a difficult situation. Paid the trip charge and sent them away. Do not recommend Reliant.

This company's prices are over the moon compared to other companies for the same services. I ordered sewer inspection and was told that it will be $475 due to camera scan and will mostly detect any leaks in the sewer system. After the inspection was done I was told that there was a leak in my sewer line but they will need to perform "pin point" inspection to know where the leak is exactly which costs another $1300. This is a total rip off of extracting more money from the Customers. If I were you I would totally stay away from this company. What a scam.....I still can't believe how companies like these are still in business.
