We had a clogged kitchen sink that ended up being a bigger problem involving old cast iron pipes. Chas and Isaiah explained things in a logical way and tried to figure out the best/cheapest/least intrusive way to fix our plumbing. They’re honest, hardworking, and responsive. I’ll be using them for all of our plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

After calling multiple companies, I was so grateful to get in touch with Rescue and Restore! The were kind over the phone and booked me for a next-day service. Their prices were competitive and they were upfront about the potential cost whereas the other companies wouldn’t even give me a ballpark estimate. Not only did they service the toilet but they went above and beyond to repair a couple minor problems throughout the house. This is forever my plumbing company, I have them saved in my phone and will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs! Thank you Chas and Isaiah for coming to the rescue!

Chas the owner answered my calls, gave me honest advice and came over the day he said he would. They got the job done in a very fast time and without sacrificing quality. They're my new go to plumbing company. Nobody wants to pay top dollar and plumbers charge a lot per hour so they're the closest thing you'll find to reasonable pricing, in my opinion!

Chas and Isaiah were great’ I called them after getting quoted well over double the price from another plumbing company to replace my water heater. They came out the next day which was Friday reviewed it and provided a reasonable and honest quote. Came out Monday got the job done and thankfully we have had no further issues. I will recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs. They are honest and efficient.

Isaiah was great, showed up on time and fixed our toilet, then took the time to install a new shower head in less than an hour! We will definitely call them again!

5 stars!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I called them on monday about my floor drainer , they are very nice and says that they will come on the day and do the cable to see whether if is work, if its not working they won’t charge a dime. They also don’t charger for showing up front, like other plumbers company. Issue done within one hour and price is very affordable. Very recommend!!!

Very thorough and made sure to resolve every issue. It took multiple attempts to resolve all of the issues (because I kept finding things and we kept having to wait for orders to be delivered), but they didn't charge us until after everything was fixed. We appreciate how dedicated they were to fix everything.
