We needed to have a water heater, water softener, kitchen faucet and various filters replaced. Existing water heater was unusual and through-wall venting unique to that style. Rob, the owner, came out himself to ensure the replacement heater would fit, researched the various alternatives and discussed the pros and cons of each with us at length. He could not have been more helpfull. He then came out to supervise the install which Justin and his colleague did very professionally. Justin then spent time answering all our questions. Based on our experience of Rob, Cindy, Justin (and his colleague) we highly recommend Olde Town Plumbing.

Once again Olde Town Plumbing came through with flying colors. My husband broke the tank of our toilet and they were quick to come and replace it even better than it was before. We have used Olde Town for about a year now (4 or 5 trips), and every plumber who has come out has been extremely knowledgeable and friendly with repairing anything we needed. And their office staff is every bit as friendly and helpful. I will never use anyone but Olde Town for plumbing needs. Thanks Olde Town for being THE BEST!

Highly recommend Walter and James from Olde Town Plumbing! Had an outside pipe leak after last weeks freeze. Ugh!! They came out quickly and were professional, friendly and very efficient!! In under an hour they had it analyzed and repaired!! Also, the price was very reasonable!! Can’t say enough goiod things!!! Whew!!!

Outstanding service !!! I came home from work to a leaking hot water heater, they arrived within an hour, diagnosed and replaced it all after hours and waived emergency fee. They were knowledgeable and courteous and cleaned up after the repair. Would highly recommend this team.
