I called and asked a simple question and he threw a tantrum; he said perhaps another business would be a better fit. Then my friend neutralized the situation and he asked if we still wanted to hire him. I agreed. He asked my address and my apartment number. He was supposed to be here by 10 to 12. He didn’t get here until 2 PM. Then he audacity to allege he didn’t work on apartments even though as previously mentioned, he asked my apartment number. I also want to mention in the middle of trying to work it out and figure out how this miscommunication happen, he turns his back away. Save your money for another business that has kindness as an attribute. You don’t want divas in your household.

Didnt hire him very rude and disrespectful over the phone couldnt believe how rude he was thought i was being pranked or on candid camera

He's an old time friend of my family and he was the best plumber in Brownsville. So back off people!
