Delgado Plumbing

We will be reporting Fred Delgado to the BBB, following up legally and sending copies of the payment checks to the IRS to ensure he’s reporting at least this cash payment! He took advantage of an elderly man who was under duress and overcharged him to the point of ridiculous. Delgado never gave him an itemization for the labor which easy math came to $750+ an hour 😳 much less a receipt with for the same itemization. For those that left poor reviews because he didn’t show up…consider yourself lucky!

Called Delgado plumbing because I needed services. He stated he will be able to assist and stated he would be at my home around 12noon or 1pm. I called him at 2pm to confirm if he was still going because there was no update and he had not shown up. I really needed services for a leaking pipe. He confirmed yes in like 2 hours more less. Then comes 6pm I call him and he does not answer! He would forward the calls to voice mail! He never showed, he never called and he never answered. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy. He could have called or answered to notify me. I do not recommend.

Called for a bathtub leak. Guy came in with a torn mask and was not professional. He tightened the drain and said if that didn’t work he’d have to cut through the wall to find out what the problem was; he offered to let my husband cut through the wall himself, and he said he wouldn’t be able to patch it up because all he does is plumbing. After his comportment, we decided to call someone else. He came to our house a couple of days later to request payment—$78 for tightening a drain that didn’t fix the problem. He didn’t want the check to be written under Delgado Plumbing. Very shady.

I was disappointed in plumber Alejandro. After charging $68 an hour plus materials, he still didn’t finish the job that day. Half of the time was spent going or sending us to the store for more materials. Next day I decided to call another plumber.

This plumber has decades of experience. His is courteous & invites you to see his work, a first for me compared from other plumbers. He is very detailed, and goes above and beyond in his service.

Old pipes didn't work any more. Call for service answered by owner. Timely response & completion. Excellent personalized service. Would recommend & use again. Refreshing professional!

Very pleased with service and quality work. I attempted a temporary fix which I'm sure Mr Delgado and his workers had a chuckle about. 😃
