Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Brownsville

I called Mr rooter regarding an issue i have been experiencing the past 6 1/2 years. I have called several plumbers and roto rooter (3 x). The plumbers even sent a camera through the line. Roto rooter jetted the line going to the main cleanout and going into the house. They did not find any major issue. Mr rooter technicians, rroberto and Miguel came out, cleaned the line and sent a camera to see what might be causing the issue. It was discovered that spectrum had bored completely through the line, thus creating a dam like area about 70 ft from the house. Today the technicians started early and cut a whole 5 ft X 4 ft and repaired the line. Spectrum has agreed to reimburse what i have spent. The spectrum customer service rep Linda K was so helpful. Given the magnitude and inconvenience I should be angry and cussing. I am so appreciative for the kind and professional representatives of Mr. Rooter and Spectrum that it's a huge weight off of my shoulders. Again thank you!!!!!

Eli and Miguel did a great job, were very professional and polite. They quickly assessed the need and immediately executed action to repair the leak. They troubleshot the system and affected additional repairs to other components. So glad to have found their company. Will definitely use them for all of my future needs.

The technician (Miguel) was able to help us with an emergency water leak quickly. It took longer than expected due to issues with the area and existing pipe. He was able to get the water back with no leaks and gave clear explanation on what he needed to do.

Service was quickly booked, showed up on time, and Miguel gave superior service. Polite, knowledgeable (he explained and showed us everything he was doing), and very professional. We will absolutely ask for him by name for any future service calls!

Was very expensive ..was quoted 350 and they couldn’t fix the problem as I was told would need to get the master plumber .. so then who came to the house to fix the problem two intern kids?!?!? I paid 120 with the promise to come back today to finish the job and didn’t even fix the problem .. wanted to charge me an additional 460 and still said it might not work ..I told them to just leave and I’m out 120 dollars ..I should have gone with my gut when I asked them questions about the job.. they even admitted to me they are not cheap and should probably try someone else .. they don’t work with you on pricing ..

Technicians came out within 30 minutes of my calling them, inspected and found the problem, once I approved the cost , they got right to work on fixing the plumbing issues & also replaced a section of pipe, 3 days total work and work completed to satisfaction
