I had a pipe freeze issue in my home, and Charles, the plumber, came to the rescue. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly assessed the situation, explained what needed to be done, and fixed the frozen pipe with ease. His work was thorough, and he made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. I appreciated how clean and tidy he left the area, and he took the time to provide some tips on preventing future issues. I’m very satisfied with his service and highly recommend Charles for any plumbing needs!

Brandon Harrison helped us tremendously with our tankless water heater. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explained the issue to us in a way we would understand. He also gave us tips on how prevent it from happening again. His knowledge, professionalism and promptness were greatly appreciated. We will definitely be calling Cathedral Plumbing again.

Brandon Harrison just left my home. He did an absolutely AWESOME job. We had issues with a toilet that involved the removal of the toilet and pulling out debris left over from the construction (New Home). He showed me everything he was doing as he worked. No shortcuts. First class. Brandon left the house perfectly clean, if not cleaner than when he arrived. I can highly recommend Cathedral Pluming for a professional job with great employees like Brandon!

Dont use this business. They hire insane people who will drive you off the road and threaten to kill you. Video proof of break-checking and everything. Others in my city's FB group have also commented about steering clear of this business' trucks and also about reporting similar driving behavior in the past. Apparently nothing was taken seriously, or they're just really bad at hiring people. I wouldnt want any of their plumbers inside my home or anywhere near my family, I can tell you that much.

Not a review of their service but of their aggressive driver on the road. I believe that says a lot about the type of people they hire. This driver was crossing double line to speed past a car driving the speed limit in a construction zone. He then got behind me because of oncoming traffic. He proceeded to honk at me the whole time and flash his lights in day light. This is a construction zone with a speed limit 50 that goes down to 45 that I was following. He was riding my car and honking non stop. This is extreme aggression and dangerous for anyone the road. I would never hire a company that hires people that have no regard for others on the road. There are several reviews about this already! Not sure why this company doesn't take action.

Updating my review after we had master plumber Brandon Harrison come out and fix our shower drain seal. He was really easy to work with and very informative of the situation.

After moving into my new home in July 2024, I had plumbing problems with the tankless water tank. Cathedral Plumbing was able to dispatch a (8) plumbers to diagnose my issue of not having hot water in my home. This was a long process that included multiple plumbers but Brandon Harrisson came to the rescue and he did not give up, he helped resolve my NO hot water issue. Brandon is very knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. He made all the right calls so that I could receive a new tankless water heater to fixed the issue where the hot water valve will turn off automatically. This was a very lengthy frustrating process but Brandon performed excellent-customer service. I am grateful and recommend Brandon from Cathedral Plumbing. Thank you 😊.

I want to give a big shoutout to Brandon for fixing the leakage in our house from the tankless water heater.
