Five Star Plumbing is amazing! I had called about a Gas leak in our home and they sent someone immediately. Rickey notified me he was coming and he showed up within 30mins to an hour from me calling. He did amazing work finding the leak. He was very informative and reassured me that they could get this fixed easily and in a timely manner. Rickey came back the next day to fix our leak and it didn't take long. Got the gas on and everything was good to go. We will certainly be coming back to them for our plumbing needs! We highly recommend Five Star Plumbing!

I had a clogged septic line where I called to have cleared. Their response was only 1 day from when I called. A tech arrived on Jan 21, spent 15 minutes in running a plumbers snake that didn't clear the clog at their rate of $200. He told me that the pipe is clogged with a big rock and it will cost me close to $1,000 to fix. Or I could call a septic service. Today, Jan 30, my septic guy arrived, cleared the clog in 5 minutes, and recertified my tank for $100. There was nothing wrong with my tank, only a clogged drain the tech wouldn't fix. Waste of a week with no flushing and $200 gone. Incompetent company and way too expensive.

I had an awesome experience with Five Star Plumbing. I had trouble finding where to adjust the water pressure in my home, and even had SAWS come out to verify that the water pressure to the house was inadequate. I called Five Star Plumbing and they were able to send Abel to my house within an hour to take a look. Abel found where the Pressure Regulator Valve is for my house and also verified that the water pressure was low. He adjusted the water pressure and taught me how to do it on my own if I ever needed to make adjustments in the future. The visit was a lot less expensive than I anticipated, around the price of a family lunch! Thank you to Abel and the Five Star Plumbing team for the quick response and assistance!

5 Star Plumbing of Castroville is who I call every time I need a plumber. My favorite person is Albert, he is very respectful and knowledgeable in his work. Albert is a senior plumber, he was here a couple of weeks ago with Matthew who is in training and he will be an excellent plumber under Alberts’ tutelage. Matthew is young with a good future at 5 Star Plumbing.

My husband called 4 plumbers to come for a bid. He was able to talk to someone immediately at 5star ( rather than leaving a message). They had some one out in less than 2 hours. Albert Lara showed up timely. There were 3 things we needed done. Albert gave an estimate which seemed fair. We ask when they could schedule the job and he said he could do it right then. He had a helper with him. They were very professional and courteous. Albert explained himself and what he would do very well. My husband was very impressed. Great customer service. Thank you !

I had the best experience with using Five Star plumbing, I’ve used several other companies for water leak repairs and Five Star plumbing by far was the most reasonably priced, great customer service and so clean and respectful of your property. Called at 4pm and had someone on the way immediately. Mike was dispatched, promptly came and resolved my issue immediately in a professional and very nice manner! I had just googled for a plumber, and picked 5 Star based on reviews, and I'm glad I did. I would not hesitate to use them again!
