Donovan was professional, friendly and helpful. He fixed our neighbors water leak at the street. And then noticed our water line was crushed & bent. He went back to shop and got more parts and returned to fix our problem. He was kind and let us ask lots of questions. Thank you for having a nice young man, hard worker with your company. When we have some plumbing work done in the future, we will call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Thank you Rose and Larry Rogers

I have used Ben Franklin Plumbing several times. I will say that their main positive is that they can get you a same day appointment or very close. Previously, they fixed a burst pipe on the same day, which I was appreciative of. He also came back to adjust it bc it was leaking and I was not charged a service fee. Awesome. For my recent visit, they came on a Monday to look at my water heater. The plumber deemed it to be electrical and he was able to fix it. I was charged a diag fee and service fee. It stopped working 3 days later so I called to have him come back. I called the office to ensure I would not be charged and they confirmed I would not. Cool. He came back and used his multimeter to check the electric. He said the issue was from the breaker and I needed an electrician. No new work was done. He said he had to charge me the service fee, which I argued. He said the boss said he had to. I paid it. I proceeded to call the main office, but I went to voicemail. I left a message for the woman who I spoke to earlier saying that I was charged the fee despite them doing no new work. I said I wanted a call back. No one has called me back. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Had Jared make a visit first thing in the morning after calling in late the night prior with an emergency. Prompt, professional, and reasonable pricing. I would recommend Ben Frank Plumbknv for plumbing service and maintenance needs.
