CTX Plumbing & Electrical Company

I called CTX Plumbing with a electricity issue (2 rooms with no light) and they exceeded my expectations! The lady who scheduled my appointment was friendly and efficient, and Joseph the technician who did the job was knowledgeable, professional and did a fantastic job. Fair price, transparent process and top-notch service. Highly recommended.

We had some light switch wires loosen which ended up frying the wiring and box. Scheduling was fast and easy with someone coming out the next business day. Donnie arrived on time, explained what happened to me, and addressed all of my concerns. Repair was quick and the results look great! We will be using them for all our electrician needs going forward.

We have used CTX for a few years now. They’re so amazing!! We had a water pressure issue so we called, and they were able to get us in right away! Wes came and gave us the estimate, and a few days later it was fixed! Wes was awesome! Such a good guy! His work was perfect and he was so sweet and professional! We will be requesting him in the future! I highly recommend CTX for any of your plumbing or electrical needs!

I like these guys but they are over priced for the value. I can do the work but don't want to so I tried them. Communications from the estimator to the onsite plumber is lacking. They are good at getting it done. But I will no longer use them for 'custom' work. For instance, they added valves to hot and cold water under my custom sink (basically you can see the valves under the sink) but the pipes exit the walls at different levels and are crooked (I tried to make clear multiple times what i wanted). They said they'd fix it but it would prolly make it worse....

We are in the current process of building our dream home and had a lot of different bids but CTX has been nothing short of amazing. All of the staff we have met has been friendly, knowledgeable and very clean work most of all! While in the early stages of the build I had decided I wanted to get a back up generator living out in the country. My wife and I thought it would cost us a fortune and have to go hunting. We spoke to Ben about wanting one and little did we know CTX has certified Gererac employees. They gave us the deal of a lifetime Jared got us all set up. Thank you to all the rest of the staff as well for all great work. So when looking for small or large jobs, new builds to additions, this is the company to use. Thank y’all so much for taking great care of my life investment like it was your own!

We had a few breakers that were tripping and I called CTX. They had us on the schedule the next day and Donnie Martin, our technician, had the problem diagnosed and solved same day. Happy to know we have such a great company local to us. Wonderful service!

These guys have worked throughout our home; both electrical and plumbing. I highly recommend them for their expertise, professionalism, fair pricing, quality response and service all around. Electrical issues and connections, tubs, steam shower, water heaters, toilets, main line plumbing, Austin and RJ have been super helpful.
