These guys came out to our apartment last night. They were professional, respectful and got the job done! They worked so hard and the communication between them was something to see. I could not be more impressed! Thank you so much

In April 2021 we got a new unit installed. The salesman that sold us the unit ended up selling a unit that would not work with our current thermostat. The installers literally through our old unit around the attic to the point where they broke our Internet cords. I work from home, on a computer, so internet is very much so needed. The installers would not go in the attic and see if they noticed any cords were damaged so my husband had to go into the attic and ended up falling through the roof because of all the debris and stuff the installers had thrown around. I understand that this is not a clean job but throwing our old unit around our attic and all of their trash is a bit ridiculous. We had settled out our bill with them and told them we would not be paying for the drywall repair because we shouldn’t have been in the attic seeing as the cord was cut by the installers throwing the old unit on the courts. It is currently 34° outside and I just went to turn on our heat and no heat is coming out. I just called to make an appointment for tomorrow I was told that they cannot service my house because there’s a $700 balance on my account. The balance on my account is due to the drywall repair that I had to pay. I am very disappointed in this company. When you pay $7400 for a brand new unit you would expect it to one work with your thermostat and to cool your house and three heat your house. I am hoping we can get on the phone and make this right but all I got was the runaround back in April.

Bodine & Scott are a company with competitive pricing on minor repairs and every tech has been kind and helpful, but the company seems to have communication and organization issues when it comes to more serious repairs. After being patient and being given the runaround for almost two weeks in a 90 degree house- I cannot recommend this company to anyone else who might have a more complex AC issue (currently have a leak). Hope to get some answers soon.

I was out of town and had a leak at my residence. Bodine Scott came out and took care of it for me. They called and explained everything to me over the phone. Great service at a reasonable honest price.

I’m not sure where to begin with this 5-star review. Justin with CFP is one of the best. We had to replace a water heater which was done by another plumber and it wasn't getting hot. Long story short and $400+ later Justin came in and troubleshooted and spent some time talking to us about possible outcomes now we have hot water with just a turn of a screw. This was crazy as to why all of the other plumbers and electricians didn't think of that. It took us flying in from California and hooking up with Justin. He was on time, professional, courteous, and just an overall pleasant tech to work with. CFP here's to 5 stars!!! You are very lucky to have Justin. California Musikkmama

Been a customer with Bodine Scott for over a yr now. Let me tell you they r the best, very knowledgeable and professional. Just recently got a whole new system installed in under 4hrs, Juan and the 2 other gentlemen were awesome and very polite and professional! Just want to say thank you we are very very happy with the outstanding service!

Unfortunately cannot recommend this company. I had previous work done in the past where they were very easy to work with. However, a few months later, while under contract to sell my house, the inspector had a laundry list of issues with the HVAC that needed addressed. Some techs from Bodine Scott came out and had an even larger laundry list of repairs which somehow weren’t of concern just a few months prior? And cost an additional grand to fix. Seems very shady when you have the same company come out and for the same issues and all of the sudden there’s a whole bunch of repairs needed (such as kinked ducts) that weren’t addressed during the first visit.

Technically awesome. Guy they came out to my mom’s home was so nice and professional. He kept us informed of his findings and was so kind. We will tell everyone about this company from this day forward. Prices were awesome.
