My husband was doing a honey do on Saturday and accidentally broke a part off trying to replace a knob. We were without water! I immediately went to FB for recommendations. Amy recommended Graf. JD w/Graf was at our house within 30 minutes. Very polite, knowledgeable and had it fixed quick. That’s service! We will definitely be using Graf again.

Call around and get quotes. So you know you're making the right decision to SAVE YOUR $$$MONEY$$$ AND GO WITH GRAF! 5 stars for 5 things: 1. Graf came out within hours of our call for a basic service inspections, not even an emergency. 2. We called around for service and got quotes as high as $900 for two basic plumbing tests. Cameron at Graf was very informative when we called for a quote. Graf has a flat fee of $225 for the exact same services COMBINED. We also received quotes for "at least," $609, and $450. At least that much, because even though these were standard tests, other companies would not give us a flat rate. 3. The actual testing Graf did was thorough. The plumber, Jonathan, was also pleasant and very informative. We do have some minor leaks. Sad. But happy we did NOT get the high pressure sales pitch of "you need to fix this right now or the sky will fall BS." We hate fast talking, high pressure sales especially about critical issues we can't take care of ourselves. The leaks we have makes our water bill higher and will cause serious damage if we don't attend to it eventually. But, we have time to prepare and save up some cash for the bill. We're not stressing because we called Graf! 4. They are local to Corpus Christi. Something important to us, we want to do business with our neighbors, not some corporation with headquarters two time zones away. Forget that. 5. We will definitely be calling Graf to repair the leaks they found during the inspection they did. In the future, we'll probably still call around for quotes if we have a really large/complex plumbing project. But that's just good business. That said, we doubt any other plumbing company in the CC area will ever get our business. Even if come company comes in with slightly lower bid, Graf has earned our trust and loyalty to overlook saving $20 here or there. As long as they are within, say 10%, of the lower quote, we'll definitely go with Graf. Looks like we found our forever plumbing company!

I had some problems late at night and they came out less than an hour and took care of it quickly. Didn’t make a mess. And showed me how to keep it from happening again. Real professional and price was cheaper than anyone else. Highly recommend Jimmy at Graf.

We have used Graf for all of our plumbing needs for quite awhile. We have always had very conscientious and professional personnel come to the house. I highly recommend them.

Graf Plumbing are the only plumbers I call for repairs, small or large. They always show up on time; they are always courteous; they always explain exactly what they will do to fix problems. Jessie, who fixed my plumbing this go 'round did a fantastic job and he also reminded me how to setup a warranty for my new faucet. Great guy!
