My experience with Matthews CCAC was great! Their team came out in a timely manner with professionalism and great service. Joey was the first one to arrive. He was friendly and courteous. He gave me a thorough review of my air-conditioning needs. It was very obvious that it was time for a new unit. I could tell that Joey was very sensitive to give me such news. That was really nice. Then he gave me all my plan options . Then JR and Sebastian arrived to do their job. JR took me through my electrical needs with a long-term plan in mind He too, was courteou and polite. , showing me my specific electrical needs. Then , Sebastian talked me through all my home needs in regards to plumbing. Sebastian was professional and considerate! My dog Lacy loved following all of them around. So, you might say that we had a Matthews CCAC Home improvement party🎉🎉🎉

Romeo Garza was able to come the same day and fixed the disposal in less than 15 minutes. Very professional and nice. He asked if I needed anything else serviced and offered to come back if the disposal acts up again. Very pleased with the customer service from Matthew’s! Thanks!

CCAC did an awesome job diagnosing my old leaking and broken water heater, and replacing it with a brand new unit from Rheem. Ernest and Daniel worked quick and efficiently to make sure I had hot water on one of the coldest days of the year!

Aaron was very thorough and explained the issue and provided quote before proceeding with work. A little pricey but I was thankful for the fast service. $89 call out is waived if you go through with the work. Paid $462 to snake clean out line from house to city line. Solved backflow issues. 6 month warranty on the line. Very grateful. Dispatch and techs were both very courteous.

I definitely recommend! Fast reliable service. They have great communication and try to resolve any issue that they come across. I've had AC and plumbing services from here and each one provided great customer service and workmanship! The membership is worth having too. Again, I definitely recommend.

Had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night, Daniel arrived promptly, was friendly and professional and walked me through every step of the repair process and explained everything thoroughly. Will definitely be calling again for any future plumbing needs! Thank you!

While the company employs competent service technicians, they are highly over priced. I signed a one year maintenance agreement with them on 03/03/2025, the day before they sent out a technician to work on my AC. After being over charged for the service call, I contacted CCAC on 03/13/2025 to cancel my maintenance agreement. They would not work with me, about any kind of refund. Beware if you decide to do business with CCAC. I was definitely able to find another local more affordable and dependable, highly competent AC provider.

Andy provided a professional service, knowledgeable and answered any questions we had in an easy to understand manner. He provided his number, advising us to call should we have any questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing work on their HVAC system.
