Owen Plumbing is absolutely amazing! From the dispatcher to the plumbing team, everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. I had them complete three different projects in one day, and they handled everything seamlessly. They responded quickly, worked efficiently, and the cost was very reasonable. The plumbers were knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend Owen Plumbing for any plumbing needs – they truly go above and beyond!

Pros: They have a great response time and Justin is really awesome he does a great job. Cons: I give it 2 to 3 stars only because they are unethical by charging me 2.2hrs despite 1 hour already paid for by my Home Warranty Fidelity for the faucet. He started labor at 9:50pm and finished at 11:40pm. He was never there for 3 hours. That was 2 hours. Even if Owen makes it 2.5 hours I should only have been charged 1.5 hours of labor; and there was also a miscommunication that is costing me an extra $200+ and they wanted to charge me an extra $45 to haul the sink they took out. I specifically asked and showed Justin my sink prior week and asked if the bathroom faucet includes the sink install, too. He told me it does and that he can do it for me. I spoke to Fidelity National Home Warranty as well. Both told me it is included with the bathroom faucet installation as long as it is the same style. Of course, the receptionists Peggy or Crystal was giving me a hard time about it. I requested Justin again because he was the one that verbally told me he could do it, he also saw what I had purchased and approved it was the right one; but these ladies just seemed to be very upset and intrusive that I requested him specifically even though they still got their payment from Fidelity for the faucet. After that point, I just knew there were going to be issues and that Justin, these ladies on the phone, and FNHW was about to make my life so much worse and more stressful than it already is.

I saw their van pull up to my neighbors house as I was walking out and I asked the man how much would he charge to disconnect my hose from my spicket. He instantly did it and all he asked for was a thank you! Well thank you sir!!!!!!! I genuinely appreciate your kindness! A world without men is a dark one!

Owen sent Justin out to our home the same day we called in. Justin and his apprentice were both knowledgeable and worked quickly to fix our issues. The price was reasonable and it was a pleasure doing business with Owen. Thank you

Owen Plumbing responded within 2 days to my request to have washing machine valves replaced. Chad and Zach were professional, courteous, and communicative about the possesses required to replace the valves. They were proficient (their teamwork was flawless), clean and careful with my home. They were a pleasure to have at my home as servicemen. Thank you.

We have had very positive experiences with this company. They have handled a few different jobs for us, including replacing our sewer line. Their plumbers have been professional and friendly. They show up on time, they do good work, they take the time to explain what they’re doing, and they are reasonably priced. I personally don’t understand the negative reviews on their Google page at all as our experiences have always been positive. But I would say that it also says a lot that they respond to any negative reviews and appear to try and work out the situation. We have been very happy with Owen Plumbing.

Be aware Owen Plumbing & Drain will only guarantee their outside work for 30 Days! Owens did a repair 4 months ago & we noticed the leak was back contacted them to come back out but was charged again for the work they just did 4 months ago! HORRIBLE customer service & if their work only last 4 months, do not want them completing any more repairs. Owen Plumbing & Drain, please check with your staff, no warranty period was mentioned prior to coming out, there was no damage to from "lawn care" and not in an area to be hit by another object. SMH. As far a the drought to heavy rain period, if Owen Plumbing & Drains work not make it through one heavy rain period after a repair, I again do not recommend them. This is South Texas and the conditions are they same pretty much every year, work should last longer than 4 months. I have no missed call & spoke with your office manager this morning, she has my number as I told her I would definitely make it public to not use your services. I reported this yesterday and still stood by her decision today as do I.

Called Owen plumbing to come out to take a look at my toilet because there was water coming out from the base of the toilet. He looked at it very quickly and did not evaluate the toilet correctly. He went outside to my backyard where the clean out is located then ran a snake and left. I had to call the city. The city informed me nothing was backed up but that my wax ring needed to be replaced. I told him I paid 125$ for a plumber to come look at my toilet, but now I just want a refund because the plumber obviously did nothing to fix the problem.
