Sparkling City Plumbing

We used Sparkling City Plumbing to replace and add some gas lines for a commercial generator we installed. They came out promptly, made a good connection with our customer, and finished the job in a timely manner. They went above and beyond with coordinating to work with the city for approvals and inspections.. They have a great team.

Initially I was very happy with the service. However, I had an issue with the same problem of my washer discharge backing up. The young lady explained to me that it would be another service charge because it was past the 24 hour guarantee. Nowhere on my invoice for the $137 service charge is it stated that it is only guaranteed for 24 hours. I'm pretty disappointed because my realtor is actually the person who referred me to sparkling City Plumbing

I’d like to give Alex and his coworkers a HUGE shout out for a job well done in our home!!! He FOUND and FIXED the ongoing issue we have had under our kitchen sink/dishwasher area for many years!!!! He took the time, assessed the situation, used his knowledge and FIXED a slow ongoing leak that was causing a mildew smell under sink!! His coworkers brought him some needed materials to get job done while he did what he could do in the meantime! His coworkers showed up, helped him work on the project and cleaned up, put everything back in order and left!! All very courteous, respectful of our home and to me! I’ll definitely use this company again in the future if in need!!

I have been using sparkling city plumbing since 2021, and I enjoy being a repeat customer!!! 💯 In 2021 they fixed my kitchen sink / garbage disposal for a very reasonable price even for being outside of Corpus Christi (Robstown). The providers were professional, knowledgeable, fast, and informative. I knew I had to call them again when a water pripe broke earlier this week. Today they came out even Earlier than expected. They finished the job and gave me a very decent price For the repairs. They were also in N out within 2 hours. Thank you sparkling city plumbing for always taking care of my home repairs! I will be using your services again soon!

I just got an email today asking to network with them, which is a joke because of the way they treated us. Our electrician was working at the same time as the plumber, and the electrician mistakenly cut a water line. It was the electrician’s mistake, and he took responsibility and was handling the bill, but meanwhile Sparkling City plumbing was threatening US over it. I also had called them for work at a rental property, took off work to meet them, and they did not show up to that appointment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but since they are contacting me now asking, here it is.

Our experience with Sparkling City Plumbing has been exceptional from the first visit by plumbers to diagnose the issue to the several steps in completing the fix underneath our home. All the work was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Office manager provided great communication of the project as it progressed and all plumbers were professional, knowledgeable and hard working! They all made what could have been a nightmare into a very fixable situation. We highly recommend this company.

I have used this company every time I've needed help with anything and they have always been kind, extremely professional, and took the time to answer any questions I had.
