Jumped on our underground repair within a day after locating the leaks. Made all necessary repairs and were very communicative though out the entire process. Answered any and all questions for all parties since this was a real estate transaction. Can’t recommend enough

I cannot say enough good things about both Raul Garcia sr. And JR. After dealing with and having the sale of our home severely handicapped by the fraudulent work of Hurricane Drain (the owners name is Conn ironically) We called mr Garcia and his son to come out and holy cow what a difference in service, attitude, and knowledge they provided. You don’t know something if you can’t explain it to a 3 year old is what Einstein once said and while there were no 3 year olds present the Garcia’s were willing and able to explain and demonstrate to everyone present exactly what they were doing and why and after that made sure their findings were understood and agreed upon by everyone before they moved on to the next step. Given the amount of over the shoulder scrutiny they were working under I would have forgiven them for being rude or dismissive at many times but not once did I see it from either of them. I could take a few notes from them on how to treat my own customers and I’m a hydraulic engineer who still learned quite a bit from these guys. I hope they get all the business they deserve and I rarely write reviews but they earned this one. I’m also calling on my fellow Aggie’s to send their business to the Garcia’s. - Called me to notify they were on their way - Arrived on time - Used a mask all the time as it's indicated because of Covid-19 recommendations - Explained the process, the expectations, and how long would it take - Explained the outcome of the test they performed On top of that both father, and son were very professional and kind people. I've used other plumbing services in the past, but from now on United Plumbing is my main option.
